I changed into my black tuxedo. “Tie?” Chad offered, and I shook my head. “Why on earth are you wearing a blue jacket?” I asked as he smirked, fixing his shirt. He wore black pants with a black shirt and a light blue jacket “Well, I want to stand out knowing all you fuckers are wearing black and white. I had to switch it up.” he winked as I scoffed. I left two buttons open, revealing some part of my chest as I looked at myself in the mirror. I hoped Octavia had worn something dark.

“But first things first…we need an outfit. Something sharp. Controlled. Responsible… but with just enough edge to make them second-guess everything.” I moved to my wardrobe, fingers trailing over the hangers while Nyxara commented like a fashion-obsessed gremlin. “God, who picked all this stuff?” Nyxara gagged. “Did you shop from the Amish Clearance Rack?” I ignored her and dug deeper. “No. Ew. “Shit. Where are you?” “Hiding in a closet.” “What can you see?” I roll my eyes. “Amara I’m literally in the tiniest hallway closet in a basement.” “Tell me anyway.” I look around. “Coats.” “What colors are they?” “Just tell me.” “Uh. Dark green and black. Bright orange. One that looks like it will come down to the feet of whoever’s wearing it.” “Okay. What else?” I look down. “Boots.” “Is there mud on them?”

"I would trade all the other clothes we got at the other places, for this." I make my way to her looking at what it is she has her hands on. It's a black outfit, there is leather and there is are a lot of metal straps and belts. I look at her, then back at the outfit. I grab it off the rack and wave around the store. "No need to trade anything back in. Just find what you want. I don't care if you have a new outfit for each day of the week."

TIA POV After Meadow officially ruined the relaxation of my shower, I quickly dressed in the black and green combat clothing I found in the back of her closet. I completely forgot about it; I bought it online for a Halloween customer last year for school. It was human military gear, and I purchased the entire authentic setup.
