Mated To The Cursed Alpha

Mated To The Cursed Alpha

He moved and I turned back to the corridor and I channeled everything I was feeling into the only direction that was available to me right now. ~~~ There is a difference between fighting with control and fighting with fury, and the difference is not always what people assume. Fury without control is chaos — it spends energy without direction and leaves openings that a trained opponent will find. But fury with control, with the anger fully present and the mind fully operational, is something else. It is efficiency that does not require restraint because the restraint is built into it.

Torn Between Forgiveness and Fury

Torn Between Forgiveness and Fury

a different individual commented. The third individual remarked, "I think she's probably just a lowly mistress—she doesn't have much money, but she still behaves so arrogantly." Yvonne's crimson eye rims showed how furious she was. She lacked the bravery to stay seated in her current position. After crawling back up, she aggressively cursed at Hazel and pointed at her before walking away. Hazel had never seen Yvonne in such a depressing state before. After being mistreated for a few years, she felt that she could now finally let go of her resentment.

Beyond Fate

The blasts slammed into the smoke tentacles. “Hold on, Dad! I’m coming!” She pushed forward, pouring everything into breaking through the barrier. High above, Odo transformed mid-flight. A fiery arrow formed around his body as he shouted, “Lightning Arrow!” He descended like a meteor, crashing into the tentacles with an explosion of blinding light. It lit up the sky like a miniature sun.

FOES TO FLAMES

"Olivia, you're as stubborn as ever. But you'll need more than stubbornness to prove you're ready for this responsibility." As Olivia stormed out of Isabella's office, the tension in the air lingered. Ethan couldn't help but overhear parts of their argument, and he couldn't help but wonder how their ongoing rivalry might impact his own journey in this high-stakes corporate world.

The Vampire Prince And Her

The Vampire Prince And Her

Especially when the source was angry. When humans were filled with fury, mostly when directed at him, the liquid thrummed as a piece of music in his ears, like Carl Orff’s O Fortuna. One would be an animal if he would always follow his instinct though. He might take delight in others’ anger at him, but not fear.

Markbound

FURY. It surged through her veins like wildfire racing over parched ground, hot enough to burn away every trembling thought. Her breath hitched, her vision narrowed, and the world became nothing but him. Cian’s sneer, his hand digging into her waist, the cold certainty in his eyes that she would break.

The Reawakened Mates and their Quintuplets

What had they done to her? Fury began to burn inside of him. He suppressed it as much as he could, but it was like trying to smother a wildfire. "Glad you could make it," Bob said. There was a crazed look to his eyes Kadeem didn't recognize. He'd finally, truly lost it. Or- he was finally, truly, unmasked. With this stark clarity, Kadeem forced his brain into logic mode, dampening the flames of vengeance for now - but payback, as they say, is a bitch.

FORGIVE OR FURY

FORGIVE OR FURY

She said to herself. Adrian’s eyes darkened with a toxic mix of rage, lust, and twisted possessiveness. The revelation about Elias should have enraged him further, but the aphrodisiac turned it into something darker fuel for his obsession. His hands slid up her body, roughly palming her full breasts, thumbs flicking her hard nipples until she moaned.

Fury added before turning his attention back to his prize. "Deny it all you want! I can smell it..." Fury moaned, pressing my body to hers. "...Your arousal!" My free hand slipped between her legs, the instinctive moan leaving her lips, making me grin, which only widened, feeling the wetness pooling between her legs.

Shubby Doo
Don’t read these.the chapters are all over the place. Story sequence is poor. Author badly mishandles that topics of SA. Always a cliffhanger to do with abuse either physical or sexual. No maturity or sensitivity on how to handle the brutality of the subject.

Frequently Asked Questions

Ode to Fury' ends with the protagonist's final confrontation not being a physical victory over the antagonist, but a kind of philosophical surrender. He realizes the cycle of violence he's been perpetuating is the real enemy, not the person he thought he hated. The resolution comes from him literally dropping his weapon and walking away, leaving the villain standing there confused and hollow. It's the ultimate act of defiance against the 'fury' that defined the whole book.

I've seen some readers complain it's anticlimactic, but that's the point. The central conflict was internal—his rage versus his humanity. By choosing to stop, he resolves it. The last scene is just him sitting by a river, not feeling triumphant, just tired and quiet. It's a weirdly peaceful note after so much chaos, and it stuck with me longer than any big battle scene would have.
