As the fight got more intense, the two werewolves shifted, so that where two men were fighting before, there was a very large grey wolf, Thomas, and a slightly smaller black wolf, Jonas. The wolves circled each other, the grey one’s eyes full of wisdom, experience, and anger. In the black wolf’s eyes were a knowing look … and triumph, which was weird because it was being beaten hands down. Several bones in its body had been broken and it was favoring its right front leg, whereas the other wolf was very much unhurt. The fact that the black wolf was being beaten did not seem to faze it, though. Its eyes kept darting around, as though searching for something, so the pack members thought that it

Film images of bloodthirsty animals with huge fangs and claws, tearing people apart, came to mind. “Just don’t faint, mistress,” the guy said worriedly, observing her shocked look. - I think you will be against me touching you. And it is unknown how long you remain unconscious. And I’m not eager to touch you. He pointed his hand at her, and his tone was serious, without a hint of amusement. The thought of being touched by a werewolf made her dizzy. Anika took a deep breath, trying to keep her sanity and calm her anxiety. But this guy didn't look like the bloodthirsty beast from the movies. Quite a cute dog, or rather a wolf, with silky fur. The ideas about werewolves did not add up to the ex

Everything that followed was quiet and uneventful. She dealt with a pack of three eyed wolves that were slightly bigger than her. Their eyes glowed bright red. Their coats were a shiny coal black that could bristle like a porcupine. Their impeccable teamwork made them tricky to handle, but Vanora found and targeted their weak points. Once she did, the wolves easily fell one by one.

All alone. Ryan watched her from the side of his eye, still locked in his tackle with the first one. Everything turned to slow motion as he watched the girl break neatly inside the formation of the giant wolves. There were seven, eight of them. Their furs grey, covered with layers of snow. It meant they were travelling from lands further up North. Nobody knew much about it. Actually they all thought those were barren lands. But their sizes and strength proved otherwise. An intriguing discovery for Alpha Ryan.

“Just let go, and I’ll be right there with you.” She calmed slightly as he held her. The first time was always the worst and she was so much older than she should have been for a first timer. He felt his own wolf clawing its way to the front of his mind rushing to be freed. He could feel her letting go, letting the beast with in her move forward. Her wolf was violently making its appearance, with one more blood curtailing scream Tifs eyes opened wide as the wolf broke free of the human form that held her. A beautiful red and silver creature, the bright green eyes glinting in the moon lit snow covered night. His black wolf hushing to meet hers. Siron had only one thought rush through his mind

Selene’s breath hitched. “Twelve wolves, taken from their packs, altered against nature itself. The ones who conducted the experiment sought to make wolves beyond death, beyond time. They wanted something powerful—something untouchable. They were changed in ways no one fully understood. Their aging slowed. Their wolves did not function like others. They did not pass on their traits to children because they never had children.” She turned the page again, her fingers tightening on the edges. “The twelve were supposed to be the beginning of something greater,” she whispered. “But instead, they were the only ones.”

"And then the debt collectors will come for both of us and seize pack lands, and every wolf in Crescent Moon Pack will lose their homes because you were too selfish to accept your fate. Can you live with that?" The trap closes around me so perfectly I almost admire the cruelty. He knows I cannot let the pack suffer for his mistakes, recognizes I have spent three years protecting these wolves from his incompetence, and admits I will choose their safety over my freedom. "You are a monster," I say. "I'm a realist." He responds by straightening his jacket like we just finished a pleasant conversation. "You were never going to give me an heir anyway, too defective for that. At least this way you

They steered clear of Shax’s massive form, but I couldn’t blame them. The God of Fear was rather fearsome. As we ventured further, past makeshift tents and rickety cots, I realized not everyone here was a wolf. There were other species of immortal, many of which I’d seen back in the city of a Thousand Faces.

Anya laughed, pouring tea into my mug, “at such a pace, this question will not come up sharply in front of you soon! You have more problems with this than in England the royal family. - In what sense? I didn't understand her. - It seems that everything is simple - a guy and a girl meet, and if she agrees, then he asks permission from the leader to declare them a couple. If there are no objections, then they are announced ... - seeing Stas laughing skeptically, I broke off, - what's wrong? “When two ordinary wolves form a pair,” he began to explain, leaning back in his chair, “the main thing is the relationship between two people.
