That scared the shit out of me. Master Sean has four Life Tags that served as a warning to those who opposed him. First was the Yellow Tag. It’s a solo free pass to hell for one year. Then the Orange Tag, a family joyride to hell for ten years. The third was the Red Tag, a family treat for permanent residency in hell. Aka, the living death. Lastly, the Black Tag. It meant you will die soon. They forcibly marked that woman on the wrist. She was beyond surprised and scared shit while Master Sean left with a Cheshire smile.

Inside were neatly folded military fatigues, an old compass, several notebooks wrapped in waterproof plastic, and a tarnished set of identification tags. Noah picked them up. The metal was cold against his palm. His pulse quickened. The first tag read: NOAH VOLKOV. The second belonged to Alek. The third to Marcus. The fourth to Ethan. There should have been another. Instead, the chain had been cut. The fifth tag was missing. Daniel frowned. “Someone removed it.” “No.” Noah studied the clean cut in the chain. “They wanted me to notice it was gone.” Ava opened one of the notebooks.

So they didn't need to introduce their name. The manager lends them an ID card. he says to them "Take this with you. Three of you will get one. Just make sure that you don't lose it. you need this card to access everything that you need to go." they understand it then the manager tells them about what did they need to do there.
