One Rental At A Time Novels & Stories

, I said. "Oh... oh okay", he said nodding. "Yeah", I said. "Cool then, I'll see you later then", he said. "Nice meeting you Conrad", Asher said. "Same", he said walking away. "He doesn't like me." "Duhh", I said and we went outside to his car. "Damn, nice car", I said. "It's a rental", he said and we got in. "You couldn't rent a GWM?". "You guys are very strict with your rentals, believe me I tried, the rules were... extreme ".

"Why don't you go back to your own home, and I'll continue staying at the hotel? Is that okay with you?" "No, you can't," Kevan refused without hesitation, "You've already been transferred to Bartham, so it doesn't count as a business trip anymore. The hotel won't provide you with free accommodation. If you don't want to stay with me, you can rent a house yourself. However, let me kindly remind you that there aren't any rooms for rent, only whole units at the apartment complexes near the Regal Dynasty Hotel. The rental prices start from ten thousand dollars a month at a minimum. You should consider it carefully before making a decision."

"I have the first month’s rent and the standard deposit ready." Miller leaned back, his chair creaking. "Yeah, see, that’s the thing. For a... single tenant with no local rental history? My landlord is getting twitchy. He wants six months upfront. Plus a double security deposit. Risk management, you know?" My heart did a slow, painful somersault. "Six months? That’s nearly ten thousand dollars." "Take it or leave it, sweetheart. There's a line of people behind you."

“So what do you think?” “Oh I love it, does it come with all the furniture in place?” “Yes it does. So do you think it will suit your needs?” “Uh yes absolutely.” I grinned. “Well the rent is $1,000 dollars every calendar month.” “Perfect.” “That’s great then. So we will head back to the office, fill in the paperwork and if you can pay the first month’s rent upfront we should be good to go.” “Do you accept card payments?” “Sure we do.”

It was the rule of the house that you can’t have more than two of your cars parked in here: and so if you’re one of those people that usually own more than that, you’re to find where to put the rest of your cars in, or you can just decide not to rent the apartment to begin with– it’s really as simple as that. I made my way into the lobby and into the elevator as fast as I could. My legs were starting to hurt and my headache had thankfully reduced, which I was thankful about, but then my stomach was starting to churn, and I knew it was because of the fact that I haven’t had dinner this evening yet.

“Wi-Fi. Internet. You're gonna stream or play games or what?” I stared at him blankly. “Oh, good lords, you one of them dweller types, ain’t you?” he sniffed. “You from Forny?” My expression must have once more displayed my complete lack of understanding because he slapped a single key on the counter, the plastic attachment displaying the number three upon it. “Seventy-five for the night. If you rent porno, you pay in advance. That means, you come down here and pay at the counter, in advance. You hear?”

I click dоwnlоаd аnd thеn open one of thе оthеrѕ whіlе I wаіt. Thе оnе I ореn іѕ frоm a rеntаl аgеnt іn Nеw Yоrk. It thаnkѕ her fоr hеr іntеrеѕt in the араrtmеnt, and lіѕtѕ some роѕѕіblе vіеwіng tіmеѕ for today.

I finally asked. “Yes he could. I would need to have Danielle make him a temporary ID card. Understand that once that stay has ended, that card would need to be returned. You would have to go back to requesting overnight passes. If you needed another extended stay you would have to request it.” Dean Leonard explained. “Oh. Ok. That works. Um…..would I have to move from my single room to a mate apartment?” I questioned. “As we have a limited number of those, and we try to keep a few open on the off chance one of our students finds their mate while attending, I have to say no. Since Rowen’s stay or stays would only be temporary you would nave no long term need for a larger space.”

Almost all the cottages are always full and some even leave because they are late for the reservation. So miracle and we are the only ones here? "I rented the whole place." My eyes widened at what Keeion said. “What the fvck! Really?” Tedson asked incredulously. I no longer wonder why he rented it. He really doesn't want to meet other people. Also, in fact, he paid only coins for her. That would never be a problem for him. With his wealth, he did not care even if it wasted money. And I wouldn’t even be surprised how he rented it right away. With the amount of access he has, he can get what he wants with just one click. Keeion is such an influence.

I reply. “Hit him with the car? That’s what you’ve got? This is a rental. You’re crazy if you think I’m giving up my deposit for your ass,” he huffs. “I’m sure you’ll figure something out,” I reply as we pull into the nearly empty lot of Club Shred.
