Onyx had not arrived yet and I am certain it had something to do with Elijah, that guy was becoming so annoying and I am trying my best to stand him. “May I come in?” I heard Onyx’s voice, I looked up to find her walking my way. She dropped a file on the table and stared at me dead in the eyes, I didn’t want to look away but I did, I pretended to focus on my work but my attention was on her. “Are we still having the meeting with Meta group?” She asked, I nodded while typing away on my laptop.

Still nothing. Onyx growled. “It’s odorless.” A frown crept up on my face. “You sure?” “Positive,” he said with certainty. That wasn’t helping. Onyx could identify hundreds of scents. Poisons. Plants. Blood. Illness. Most things left traces. Whatever had been mixed into these drinks apparently didn’t. “There’s no smell,” Onyx muttered. “Wonderful.” My sarcasm wasn’t appreciated. I set the glass back onto the table and looked toward Kael. “Have the contents examined.”

Always had been, like his brainy human. ‘What are you trying to find ?’ Onyx hissed as I felt every wall in the secret pad which was most likely underground the pack borders. ‘This is Nox’s hidden place. I think this is where he works,’ I replied. ‘What do you mean by “works”?’ Onyx asked at the same time as I found the secret panel to a room, radiating every hue of electric blue.

I explained. "He said he doesn't know when but he believes it would happen soon or maybe later, he just wants me to be alerted," I continue, giving it to him to read. "That's would be impossible right, wolves don't communicate with vampires," I said but Damon didn't seem quite surprised. "Onyx does," he replied. "How, how did he find a way to settle them and how are you aware?" I questioned him. I found out during my little investigation that Onyx supplies Mecha to them along with omegas to be sex toys for them," he explained..

Ophelia curtly said her eyes narrowed. "All right, I'll have a glass of water," Onyx said, and Ophelia sighed as she let go of the door. Onyx's eyes were drawn to the contents of the little apartment as she walked to the kitchen. The design in the living area was simple and modest. The kitchen and small dining table were on the left, and the two doors on the other side, which he assumed were the bedrooms. Onyx's eyes lit up as he sat on the couch and Ophelia returned from the kitchen with a cup of coffee.

To the side of the room, various equipment used for different diagnostic and monitoring activities in various scientific fields lined the wall, and there were some that Megan couldn't recognize or guess what it could be used for. This was like one big, very inclusive, very expensive science fair, she thought. "This is incredible," she voiced out, unable to stop the awe coursing through her at the sight of the wonder before her that was Olympus. "You haven't seen anything yet, Miss Months," Dennis assured her before waving to a bearded man who looked to be in his late thirties at the front workbench and he came forward. "Let me introduce to you Edward Barnes, doctor of physiology from New Yor

3:10 PM. “Who is Onyx?” I asked. Taren hesitated for a moment. “A lone wolf with a violent record. It attacked handlers. Injured competing wolves. No sponsor is willing to take responsibility. He’s considered unmanageable.” “And they’re killing him,” I said flatly. “Yes.” He answered. I stared at the screen. Something sharp and restless moved through me, the same instinct that always rose when I saw waste disguised as order. “I want to see him,” I said.

Onyx immediately barks orders as he moves large items in front of doors and windows so no one can enter. Within an hour, the Cabin seems safer than any locked cell I have seen. Onyx has stationed a set of chairs at the top of the stairs, connecting the main stairwell and the servant’s passage. No one will enter the rooms unless they come in through the windows with us sitting there. As promised, we took the first watch, and everyone else went to sleep. “You are more than welcome to go to sleep, my love.” Onyx lifts my chin and looks deep into my eyes. “Not without you.” I gargle out through the need growing between my legs. “You know I can smell you, right?” “Good,” I whisper seductively. “I
