Biker's Temptation:Claimed by the Ruthless Mafia King

Biker's Temptation:Claimed by the Ruthless Mafia King

I look at the screen. The person who sent seventeen readings. Their message is one word. Ready. I look at it. I look at Lucien. He reads it over my shoulder. I type back: The door is open. It has always been open. Come whenever you choose. Their response arrives in under a minute, and it is not another single word, it is the beginning of something, the specific, careful first paragraph of a person who has been ready longer than they knew and has finally found the words to start.

Mrs Matteo Rocco

Mrs Matteo Rocco

Tomorrow, the world will remember my name. --- Morning came slow. I barely slept, but I don’t need rest. I need freedom. Breakfast is the same sludge they always serve, but I don’t touch it. My mind is focused on what’s coming. The prison yard is filled with men who have already given up, but not me. I stand by the fence, scanning the area for any signs of movement. The guard—the one working with me—passes by, and our eyes meet for the briefest second before he turns his neck the other way. That’s the signal.

The Unwanted Sister's Alpha King

The Unwanted Sister's Alpha King

The hallway seemed endless, each doorway a silent witness to the secrets and decisions that had led me here. Reaching Cassandra’s door, I knocked firmly. Within seconds, the door cracked open, revealing Cassandra's cold eyes, peering at me with a smirk that didn’t reach her eyes. “Alexander, come in,” she purred, stepping aside to let me pass. The room was dimly lit, shadows cast by the early morning sun filtering through the heavy drapes. I walked in, standing near the centre of the room as she closed the door behind me. “We need to talk,” I began, my tone leaving no room for misinterpretation.

I'm glad i stuck it out. yes, the book is long, and at times, it does drag on, but what the author did, they did justice to the story itself. unlike most books, the endings are always a letdown. this author knew how to conclude it. continued in comments
Kirra Haydan
It is a long book but I didn’t feel like it dragged out because it was so full of details and the author made sure to tie up any loose ends so it didn’t leave you wondering. Will definitely be sticking around for the fantasy version of it.

Princess of the Pack, Finding Her Mate

Princess of the Pack, Finding Her Mate

But with each passing moment, the sense of foreboding grew stronger, as if some unseen force was guiding us toward an inevitable confrontation. As we rounded a corner, we came face to face with a massive door, its surface adorned with ancient runes and symbols. "This must be it," Alex said, his voice tinged with excitement. "But how do we open it?" Sophia asked, her brow furrowed in concentration. Before any of us could respond, the door began to glow, the runes pulsating with a strange energy. With a low rumble, it swung open, revealing a blinding light that seemed to stretch on into infinity.

Until The Last Day

Until The Last Day

Vincent narrowed his eyes and held the key up, its glow illuminating the corridor. “So this is your game,” he muttered. The stranger’s voice whispered from nowhere, echoing softly. “The first step of the plan is always about choice. Will you unlock the door she chose…or the door you desire?” Suddenly, two doors appeared side by side. They looked identical except for a faint red light pulsing from the keyhole of the door on the left. Camela's voice drifted to him again, softer this time. “Vincent…hurry.” Vincent gripped the key tightly, his body trembling with rage and desperation, and murmured. “You think I’ll fall for your trap?”

DEATH REINCARNATE

DEATH REINCARNATE

A book is open as a triggering start where HE glances quick and cunningly smiles, starting with the words and the introduction. “DEATH REINCARNATE.” Titled, or perhaps just a random word that pops from HIS mind. The listener draws a sinister smile as it hides the very lust eyes its gazes towards the book it’s reading and started. Still playing as the ambiance set the mood. HE continues.

Remember me naked

Remember me naked

CASSANDRA The day opens like a wound: clean, cold, beyond redemption. The neon lights hum overhead like flies that refuse to die. I rise before the alarm can summon me. The others are still asleep, heads pressed against their pallets, breaths uneven and heavy. I leave the cell in silence, the way one slips out of a church in the middle of Mass without disturbing the devotion. Rina is already waiting near the door. She smiles at me from the corner of her mouth, the way someone smiles at a bet already won.
