Instead, the Oracle was a middle-aged woman with a curvy frame, wildly curling black hair tightly confined with a multicolored headscarf, and creamy chocolate skin. As she moved closer, she held out both of her hands in an expectant fashion. Slowly, North offered one of her own, expecting something like a palm reading. Instead, the Oracle simply grasped her hand between her palms and squeezed gently. “It’s a pleasure to meet you, North. My name is Persephone, though most people call me Oracle or Seer Persephone. I prefer to dispense with that.”

He knelt down, touching the soft grass with his hands like a curious child. Silas let out a small laugh and said, "Actually, we are bound by body, mind, and soul." The man hesitantly placed his hand on the wolf. As soon as they made contact, a spark flashed, and he suddenly felt Silas's emotions. A throbbing sensation filled his head as something began to reveal itself to him. He fell to his knees, clutching his head in pain.
