A rustle erupts to her right, and she squints at the shadow on the ground, her night vision granted by her wolf counterpart allowing Olivia to easily make out the shape of what appears to be an owl, the bird perched higher on the small cliff of soil and leaves. The owl peers back at Olivia for a moment, holding in its beak a worm, and with the sound of another ruffle in the forest, the owl takes off, vanishing through the trees’ crowns. Olivia shrugs and stands from her crouch position, and she quickly dresses herself back, grabs her phone that she tucks in her sweatpants’ pockets, and she trudges to the forest’s outskirts, making her way back to the flat. Just beside the wall, was a small wooden staircase that led up to Lucas' master bedroom. The wall adjoining the window had a vintage painting of a grey furred Lycan. Owen toppled his head from the window corner as he said while glancing at the remaining portion of the study room, "Where is Lucas?" As he was glancing through the spacious study room searching for his friend, his eyes fell on the stacks of countless books that were kept on the wooden shelves leaning against the wall.
