Hi, guys! I just want to leave this note before I locked any chapters. You might start wondering why some chapters will have like part I, part II and so on. It's just that my word count every chapter cannot be shorter than 2000 word count so I have to divide it in order for you to be able to pay it in lesser coins. For the first time, Cathedra had someone who didn't cringe every time she opened her mouth to speak. So this is what having a friend feels like, huh? Cathedra thought to herself. One lunch break, while waiting for Diane underneath the tree, Cathedra was scribbling a draft of her first novel in her notebook. The novel contained the scenes she saw in the storybook, back in her kindergarten days. Since that day at kindergarten, she didn't tell anyone what she saw in the storybooks anymore. The thought of seeing things that other people couldn't still terrified her but she tried hard not to think about it by avoiding any book she can see other than school books and textbooks.

My cheeks flamed at the memory of yesterday’s disaster. I stared at the book. The thing must have held over a thousand pages. How many rules were in there?! It would take months to get through all of them. Well great. Hopefully before then I’d be back home, putting this whole experience strictly behind me and boycotting all fantasy books and novels.

Thanks to you, I discover myself more each passing day. This novel was the very first of my novels. It's my firstborn. And after it, more than twenty others came. Today, I have over forty-six novels. POV: Maya Castellano Two things happened on the fifth day. The first was that she finished the novel. She’d been reading in pieces since the first night. An hour before sleep and twenty minutes over breakfast while Kofi answered emails across the table with the comfortable silence of two people who had stopped needing to fill space. The woman in the book did the brave thing on page 247 and then spent forty three more pages learning to live inside having done it. Maya read those forty three pages slowly.

Aurelia's POV When my buttocks started feeling numb, I adjusted my sitting position and placed the book in between my laps, flipping through the pages of the book to see if the writer had written more stuff between the pages. But unfortunately, there was none, the novel contained only the diary page. Quickly, I placed the book aside and started rummaging through the remaining pile of books beside me, scattering them and putting them aside in spite of the dust it caused. I opened every book, peering deep at the pages as I flipped through them. But there was nothing more. Oh no. What should I do now?

My table was just filled with files and even more files like an endless ocean of inked papers I had to read through. If I begin reading a novel as the same speed as the files I read every day, I might be able to complete a five-hundred-page novel in less than a day; yes, these were my realistic expectations.
