I smile sadly and shake my head before hopping into her car. It is a yellow BMW×5 and I always enjoy the ride with Pamela. She is neither a fast driver nor is she a slow driver. Her father owns a telecommunications firm while her mother works in the White House. I have no idea what the woman does in there and Pamela doesn't like talking about her mom and what she does. But she is damn proud of her father and his achievements. Pamela is the apple of his eyes.

Jenny watched Cecily's pale face and opened her mouth as if she wanted to say something but ultimately remained silent. Jenny had a classmate who was a doctor at the largest prestigious hospital in City A. He mentioned that a very important person had been hospitalized a few days ago, and the situation was not optimistic. Jenny had inquired further and was surprised to find that the person in question was Pamela, who had returned after disappearing for over a year. It seemed she had reconciled with her cousin Edwin, as Edwin had instructed that Pamela's medical records should be kept sealed. My mom is a big fan of his mother as she is one of the few women who smashed through the patriarchy and built a business for herself. Pamela was inherently selfish. "What did you do?" he asked. "I just don't want to keep going back and forth about this," Pamela said. She had prepared this excuse long ago. "And I don't want people calling me a homewrecker." John's stare was pressing on her. Just being looked at like that made Pamela feel extremely pressured, and she could barely hold on.

He was always the more short tempered and easily agitated person amongst all of them, especially when it came to his wife Bianca. Pamela said no more and walked towards Frank and the other alphas, stopping in front of them looking straight into their eyes. "I hope you will do what you're supposed to do after this, High Alpha Frank." Pamela said coldly, with a hint of sarcasm, totally unlike and opposite of her cute and sweet nature.

The woman in her thirties smiled politely, hanging on my every word. "I'll need shoes too, black preferably.." I paused, distracted by the clicking of a woman's heels on the flooring. I looked around and found myself unable to say another word once I saw who the woman in heels was. Jamie Harris! Fuck!! Not now!! Of all people to walk through this lobby today, it had to be her. I wasn't prepared to see her yet. I've had a long time to think about how I wanted our first conversation to go,but I was jet lagged and my brain wasn't working. I haven't shaved in months.
