The Pack's Dragon

The Pack's Dragon

The room was spotlessly impersonal, exactly as it came, with no sign of personal belongings in site – other than the dining room table, the surface of which was completely obscured beneath maps, notepads, and… “Is that witch stuff?” Rhett wondered crossing. There was a cloth spread over the table with the triquetra on it, along with a scattering of roughly polished crystals, clumps of herbs bound together with string, a stack of tarot cards, and two candles, glued to the tabletop by their own wax. “What the fuck are you up to in here, Dad?” “Nothing that needs to concern you, Rhett,” Phillip flicked the cloth edges to cover crystals, herbs, and cards before turning, placing himself between R

How the Tables Turn

How the Tables Turn

“Dude’s got a freak memory. Probably knows everyone’s.” But Colton looked at Micah a second longer and thought yeah your probably right he does have freakish memory he probably remembers what I had for lunch last week, they all laughed including Micah. The study session buzzed with low conversation, rustling notes, and Ellise lecturing someone for using Comic Sans in their slide deck. Amelia sat on the couch, half-tuned out. Her iced lavender matcha sat on the coffee table in front of her—sweating slightly, condensation forming a neat ring around the cup.

Eternal Legacies Serie's Vampire rising

Eternal Legacies Serie's Vampire rising

Throughout the afternoon, other subjects were discussed, among others the Sunday event and the presence of everyone there, the conversation with the policemen -and the main one- the leadership of the groups in the absence of the Alpha and/or the Queen. Around a large round table placed in the shade of a tree, there were Augusto and Soraia at the extremities, on the left Amy, Marcus, Raine and Ivan and on the right Sheila, Malvina and Sergio- and around them, standing, vampires, wolves and Sofia and Gabriel sitting on a rock.

We followed everyone into the room which was cover in candle light, herb and potion bottles, even jars of animals organ and of thing i don't even want to know what they were. A map over a Pentagram sat in the middle of the large table. The rest of the witch gathered near the front of the table behind and around gigi.

Twin Alphas' Celestial Luna

Twin Alphas' Celestial Luna

If the power I’m sensing is as ancient and consuming as I think, a fully formed magic circle is about the only thing that has any hope of containing or channelling it. Today has been a much needed day of rest. The whole pack gathered for breakfast and dinner and it was just what we needed to remind us of what we are fighting for. The top table is getting more and more crowded. It’s actually more of a cluster of tables now. Liberty made the controversial decision to have visitors such as myself, dine with the pack leaders. There is now a table for the betas, off to the left of the main table. Hunter, Esme, Uriel, Gabriel, and now Lottie, all sit there. The table to the right is occupied by my

Absolutely amazing! I loved both books! The main story arc is very impressive. I love that I can feel the emotions of the characters as I read these books. The best part about this book is how interconnected the characters are to one another. I would definitely recommend both books!!

This book (and the first as well) is awesome!! The author really takes time to develop her characters and story and follows through with all the different story arcs and twists and turns! But, what is the third book in this trilogy?? Am I missing something, or is it not published yet?

Ouija Board

Ouija Board

We walked to the basement. I walked in the front while pressing the light switch on the wall. While Henry brought his game board. Sarra instructed us to sit in a circle with the Ouija Board in the middle. Helen to my left and Kevin to my right. "Guys, are you sure about this?" Helen looked doubtful. "Come on, Helen. This is just for fun." Henry reassured. "She never had fun," Alex quipped. Greeted giggles from us.

Vampire Gone Wrong

Vampire Gone Wrong

In front of the chairs, was a long ebony semi circular table that went far along the expense of the positioning of the chairs in such a way that all the occupants of the four chairs were meant to share the same large table despite being spotted in a semi circular manner. Sunlight caught the table as we stood before the council, allowing strange colours to dance on it like oil in the sunlight. On each of the seven chairs sat six people. The last seat sat sullenly empty almost screaming the reality of the absence of the last clan which had been banished. The Fayas. I didn't know if the seat being there meant the other clans were still expecting the Fayas to come back out of their banishment an

Demon's Obsession - I'm Bound to Him

Demon's Obsession - I'm Bound to Him

But this time, as the bookshelf swung open with a low groan, we were met with the sight of a grand study room, far more expansive than I had imagined. The room was dominated by a large, imposing round table at its center. The wood was dark, nearly black, and its surface was intricately carved with the design of a labyrinth. The maze's twists and turns were mesmerizing, drawing the eye toward its center, where an hourglass was engraved with precise detail. At the end of the maze was a circular space, resembling a cup, as if waiting to be filled. We sat around the table together on the floor. She moved with a practiced grace, her movements deliberate as she motioned for us to give her our hand

The Legend of Astaria: Tale of the forgotten dragon princess

The Legend of Astaria: Tale of the forgotten dragon princess

How was I supposed to get through a magic class when I couldn’t even light a candle with my mind anymore? Walking into the dining hall felt like stepping onto a stage. The room was immense, with a high, vaulted ceiling that showed a swirling, star-filled sky instead of stone. Four long tables stretched the length of the hall, each buzzing with the energy of its house. I saw the Luneris table first; it was the loudest. Students were laughing, shouting across the table, and piling their plates high with food. The Noxtera table was the complete opposite. They sat in small, quiet groups, speaking in low tones, their movements graceful and deliberate. The Aurora witches were just as quiet, but th

LOVE ME FOR ME! Son-in-laws ultimate revenge!

LOVE ME FOR ME! Son-in-laws ultimate revenge!

She looked like an encyclopedia of the afterworld, wise and experienced. Peter reluctantly stepped in through the narrow doorway. The room was lit by many candles creating an illuminous glow. A place where the dead would take joy. It was cramped and Peter squashed himself to the chair infront of her table which she motioned him to. It was a small round table with a black cotton table cloth. In the centre was a large crystal ball. It was the size of an adult sized bowling ball. Matilda sat across him placing her hands in front of her on the table,''What is it that you seek, my child?''.
