Zion's gaze flickered up to meet mine, his expression troubled as he shook his head. "No," he replied, his voice tinged with unease. "It's... something else."
I narrowed my eyes at his cryptic response, a sense of foreboding settling over me like a dark cloud. "Well, spit it out," I snapped, my frustration boiling over. "What's so important that it couldn't wait?"
