90 DAYS WITH BELLA.

90 DAYS WITH BELLA.

I said, holding out my hand. She smirked. “Nope.” She reached for another file, flipping it open. “Perfumes… same thing. Gorgeous packaging, beautiful names, but I bet the scent doesn’t last as long as Kingston’s. I’ve seen reviews online about that. People want luxury, but they want it to feel worth it. Like an investment.” I leaned back, crossing my arms. “You read reviews?” “Of course I do. Everyone does. You should too.” She grinned at the look on my face. “Don’t tell me Mr. Big, Serious, Billionaire CEO has never scrolled through customer comments.”

Peaches And Bottles

Peaches And Bottles

"You write so beautifully, when you become a lawyer you'll write amazing petitions, that will sell out." "I am not joking with you, why did you burn my books?" Nathan asked this time, slowly. He stood there looking at the devil herself. "What will you do, hit me? Come and beat me then!" She walked closer to Nathan, hitting his chest. "Do your worst, Nathan." "You'll see." Nathan said, then walked out. *** SPECIAL NOTE FROM AUTHOR: Happy new year! #2023 You will achieve more achivements.. You will celebrate more happiness...

Alpha Damien's Contracted Luna

Alpha Damien's Contracted Luna

Not wanting to disturb their conversations, I wandered alone to the nearest store, which happened to be a perfume store - an industry that once belonged to the Palemane Claws Pack but now had been rebranded with the Goldclaw Pride Pack’s logo. My heart felt heavy as I stepped into the store, but I wouldn’t let my sadness deter me from looking at what was supposed to be mine. I looked at the many perfumes on the counter and realized Elijah hadn’t changed the name of the perfumes I had created. Seeing them at a glance, I could see there was something slightly off with their colors. Picking the bottles one by one to observe them professionally, I realized what was wrong with them - the colors o

Then she sniffed the air, her nostrils flared up, then her eyes widened as they stabbed mine. “That perfume. Is that from you?” I sniffed the air myself, faking a confused frown. “Perfume? I don’t smell anything special. Just my new soap.” She took a step closer, her eyes boring into mine. “Don’t lie to me, Charlotte. That is an expensive female perfume from SayBosslady. Where did you get it?”

I really enjoy how the story captures the complexity of self-identity and emotional resilience, making it so relatable and inspiring. The characters' struggles feel genuine, and the narrative’s tone is both gentle and engaging.

Hidden Wife Of The Cold CEO

Hidden Wife Of The Cold CEO

She smiled sweetly. “Thanks for the offer ma’am but we will have to reject it...” Lucas said. She felt slightly offended but remembered that they were just doing their job and shook it off. They kept walking and she felt her breath hitch when they reached the perfumes section. Different amazing scents engulfed her and she felt like she had walked into paradise. These were all perfumes that she had read and watched celebrities and influencers talk about online and she was finally able to see them and is even capable of purchasing them.

Saint of No Forgiveness, Sinner of No Shame

Saint of No Forgiveness, Sinner of No Shame

I watched the rain trails winding down the darkened window, when suddenly I caught a dissonant note—a lingering trace of absinthe and bergamot upon the silk scarf at my neck. This was not my scent. I wore no perfume. Julian had once said, his lips against my pulse, "I want only your skin's natural scent, like porcelain after rain." This fragrance belonged exclusively to Gia. Last week I had seen that square crystal bottle of Guilty Absinthe on her vanity. She smiled and said, "Celeste, this is called Peccato. Julian said it suits my complexion." Suddenly, a dull pain spread across my heart, as if someone were slowly excising me with a blunt knife.

Top Note: The Billionaire's Perfumer

Top Note: The Billionaire's Perfumer

You hated perfumes remember? I still hate perfumes with an unequivocal passion.Perfumes remind me of nothing but the revenge which boils inside me like a pool of lava, but it's not a perfume, it's her scent and I couldn't think straight ever since it had hit me. It has been my personal favorite scent the moment she appeared in front of me.

Marry Him At The Age Of Eighteen (ENGLISH)

Marry Him At The Age Of Eighteen (ENGLISH)

She sprayed it twice on her wrist before putting it on her neck. She was surprised when Elijah suddenly sat up. "Which perfume did you use?" She raised the small bottle. "This one. It smells better than your other perfumes." "Where did you find that?" "Behind the big perfumes." "Didn't you like my other perfumes?" She shook her head. "They're too strong." "Really?" "Yes." "Why does no one say my perfume is strong for me?" She rearranged the small perfume behind the big perfume. Elijah's perfume was arranged neatly; it's like a display but used.

Mafia's Wrong girl

Mafia's Wrong girl

Something is so off about her. “Well, I don't need you looking out for me; I can take care of myself. Why did you change your perfume?” I asked out of curiosity. Serafina’s perfume smelled more of the girl I met at the party, while Isabella's perfume smells different. “My perfume!” She repeated it like I'm asking a strange question. “Oh! I changed it; I thought this smelled better. Don't you like it? I can change it if you don't mind,” she said, trying to please me.

Sweet Revenge, Mr. CEO

Sweet Revenge, Mr. CEO

Instead, I was staring at a glowing screen, obsessively reading chemistry articles about perfume composition. I dragged a hand through my hair, a ragged laugh escaping my throat. It was pathetic. I was looking for formulas, trying to convince myself that some mass-market corporate distribution chain had made a common blend, that a million women in Manhattan wore it. But my memory mocked me. Serena didn’t buy it off a shelf. She layered it. She used a heavy, dark jasmine oil underneath it that turned the bright floral into something illicit. Elena Reyes smelled exactly like that. Uncannily. Seamlessly.

Questions fréquentes

Reading through reviews for 'Perfume' is always fascinating because the plot reactions seem to fall into two wild extremes. Some people call it a brilliant, twisted character study of Grenouille, where his monstrous obsession becomes a dark mirror for artistic genius. They get absorbed in the sensory detail—how Süskind makes you almost smell the filth of 18th-century Paris and the purity of the scents he pursues.

But then you have the other camp, readers who found the whole thing just... gross and pointless. They argue the plot is meandering, that Grenouille is too alien to connect with, and the infamous climax in Grasse feels either ridiculous or deeply unsatisfying. I think whether you're gripped or repelled depends entirely on your tolerance for an amoral protagonist whose drive is purely olfactory. For me, the plot’s power is in that unsettling ambiguity; you're never sure if you're reading about a devil or a god, and the ending cements that weird, haunting feeling.

What stuck with me, weirdly, wasn’t a murder scene but the earlier section where he lives in a cave for years. That isolation, that total withdrawal from humanity to live in a world of pure scent memory, was more chilling than any of the killings. It hollows him out completely, which makes the final act feel inevitable.
