He just wants the best for me. The waiter is almost at our table our table and raising my head to steal a glance, my stomach turns inside out with every step that he takes. Oh no!! it's him again. "Hi, my name is Pierce and i'm here to take your order". As his eyes settles on mine, there is this look in them, a look that no one has ever given me before, a look that i so long to see in Dexter's eyes. "Burger, fries and Vanilla flavoured ice cream for me". he turns to me "You babe"?

Raising is head up, a lot of tears could be seen on it. Soberly he stood up heading out of the room but touching the switch that result in brightness lighting the room. Pictures and frames of an unknown guy and Evan Tate is plastered throughout the wall, on the floor are roses and more roses. It weird or not surprising there’s a gun still lying beside this certain blurry frame……..

Pierce asked in shock, pretending not to know his younger cousin hated him more than anything. Upon being caught, Elijah didn't bother to take his eyes away. Pierce shrugged and looked away from him. He took his time to look at each and every of their faces. If they had paid closer attention to his unusual character, they'd have noticed he had a camera the size of a button on his left breast pocket which he used in taking a clear view of their faces. Five minutes later, he directed his gaze towards Mishael and so did the camera in his pocket. "I knew you looked familiar but I just couldn't pinpoint why you looked so familiar." Pierce said with a sudden laugh.

“The major companies are stable.” “Major?” “A few smaller firms are experiencing financial pressure.” Ares walked slowly toward the conference room. “Names.” The assistant followed beside him. “One of the companies showing instability is Pierce Investments.” Ares stopped walking. Only for a second. But the pause was noticeable. “Pierce Investments,” he repeated calmly. “Yes, sir.” “Owner?” “Adam Pierce.” Ares’ expression didn’t change. But something flickered briefly in his eyes. Interest. The assistant continued explaining.

Still loitering along the threshold of the opening, he announced Allen’s arrival before permitting him further. “A Mr. Pierce from the Alliance here to see you, sir.” The butler stated plainly. “Pierce?” said a husky voice from within. The uncertainty in his tone reflected vaguely on Xavier’s features, it was rectified once Allen had entered into the room. Xavier Crouse’s disappointment at receiving him instead of his grandfather, clearly apparent in his eyes and the wrinkles that formed around his mouth as his frown deepened, Allen did not allow the man’s mood to hinder his approach.

"You caught it? Already?" "Yes!" He nodded so hard the goggles nearly slipped off. "I'm the fastest in the game. Faster than Pierce!" He turned to the side. "Right, Pierce?" Pierce leaned against a neon-lit console, watching them both with easy amusement. "He's right," he said, walking over and gently adjusting the strap on Elian's headset. "He beat my score in five minutes. I've been humiliated." "Noooo," Elian giggled. "You're just slow."

Fiel said as if looking at him intensely was enough to melt his rage and it did. “You two cut it out. I know how much you’ve longed to see each other again. Don’t hold back, I’m good as invisible at this point,” Emett pacified both deities on time as always. With his permission Thade and Fiel transformed into their full fledged selves. Both have ageless beauty like him, though human years they would be around their twenties.

He stopped beside me with the particular ease of someone who had decided exactly where he was going to stand and was not moving. He looked at Pierce the way you look at something that is mildly inconvenient but not actually threatening. Pierce looked back at him. Something shifted in his expression. Recognition, maybe. Or recalibration. "I don't think this involves you," Pierce said. "She told you to go," X said. "Twice." "We were in the middle of a conversation." "The conversation's done." Pierce's jaw tightened. "Who are you, exactly? Another one of her athletes?" "Does it matter?"

I chuckle out to her. “How do you know?” Her bottom lip comes out into a playful pout, as if it hadn’t been obvious. She had practically been drooling. “Your eyes lit up as if it was Christmas day Evelyn.” She looks at me with a smile, and it dawns on me…does Pierce celebrate Christmas. Do werewolves do human celebrations… “Do you want one?” She offers but I wave my hand away, preparing for my lie. “No, but I did forget to get something from the pharmacy. I’ll be 2 seconds and I’ll be back.”
