Tiny diamonds dotted the petals, catching the light like morning dew.
The pearl itself was a soft, creamy white, tinged with hints of pink and gold. It seemed to glow from within, it looked warm and alive.

I reached out, my fingers brushing against the glass. I imagined the necklace resting against Anastasia's skin, the pearl settling in the hollow of her throat. I imagined the way the rose gold would complement her complexion, the way the diamonds would catch the light when she moved.
