His mother taking her in and helping her get back on her feet. The orb was created to bring piece to the dragons. If the dragon gem touched it, the power would be siphoned from it and an alternate universe would be made. One that the dragons could thrive on there own without fear of the humans. They didn’t have to hid or cower in the place they are now. They could live the way they where meant to be. This was what was meant to be but the king was going to force the humans out of this world. It was his and he wasn’t going to share it.

George gritted his teeth, looking at the idiot in front of him. "It's not that easy. He is not a normal dragon. He is Drake Hamilton, the most powerful orange dragon ever born. No one can kill him just like that. Not even the dragon elders. Even if we complain, he has a valid reason to be there in the fairy world. So not even the dragon elders could punish him for that" George pointed out.

“I was just searching for some animals to feed from, I swear!” Surveying the dragon closely, he noted the tribal marking across his chest—a symbol that no one’s seen for years, ten years to be exact. “Wait a minute, you’re not a Lycan. You’re a… no, that’s impossible… it can’t be.” "I'm a dragon," he growled, his voice dripping with rage, "and I demand you tell me what the hell happened here!" The man’s eyes widened in wonder. He was truly standing in the presence of a dragon, and not just any dragon, but a Dragon Lord by the look of his marking. The last living dragon in the world, and he looked to him as a savior.

for it would not have done him any good. At all. He truly saw that now. “You have some nerve showing your face here, Killian Silvercrest,” The dragon lord boomed loudly, the sound causing the walls of the cave to rumble slightly, his full dragon form, a gargantuan body, dazzling vermillion with silver like scales scattering across his underbelly and all over him, really... and his primal voice making the whole scene even more threatening as he looked down from the massive platform fully tailored to seat him in his dragon form, it seemed. His three heads, each monstrous in their own right cocked to the side as he eyed the Alpha in interest.

BADUMP! Their hearts picked up. This time, instead of fear, they were thrilling. “Latte… are you okay?” Latte bowed at her chieftain in relief. “Yes, Chieftain. I’m a bit in a mess but I’m okay.” She staggered towards Caramel. The dragon lord was beautiful. It was a gold dragon, looking majestic. The scale of the dragon shining under the sun steadily appeared inside the forest once again. And the owner looked no less charming than the dragon. The fluffy gold attire and the makeup were dazzling to the eyes.

Their stance defensive, their hearts set on protecting their baby brother. “When it comes to the matter of fated mates, it’s safe to say his mine.” Brandon interjected before another conversation passed through him. “What does that mean?” “I Lord Donald the second, leader of the North and South Sectors of the dragons clans. Lord of Sanctuary Clan, have marked my mate. At this moment my dragon’s breaths is in sync with his heartbeat.” He pronounced. Not leaving a gap for discussion and entered the building sensing his return like an intuition. Stepping out of the hard metal, his leather jacket disguising his soft and sensitive nature.

I spent hours studying the text. I learned about Alice's Dragon, referred to in ancient languages as the 'Rare Healer of Fire.' This unique dragon was gifted with ancient magic. If the Rare Healer of Fire mated with another dragon, they would be reborn as humans but retain the ability to use dragon magic without their dragon forms.

My fated mate shut me out of our bond for the ninety-ninth time just as the last spark of dragonfire inside me began to die. I walked into the Oath Hall of Obsidian Keep alone. Black stone stretched beneath my feet, cold enough to bite through my slippers, and every step made the cracked channels around my dragon core grind deeper into my chest. “I’m here to renounce the Obsidian Court and dissolve my life-bond with the Dragon Lord.” The clerk took in my bloodless face and lowered his voice. “Lady Ashton, once I set the seal, the Court will no longer be required to protect you. Are you certain?” My dragonfire had been unstable since birth, leaving me weaker than most dragonkin. When I was te

On the pavilion floor lay a sword carved with a dragon, and standing on it was the man who had shouted. He stooped slightly, breath ragged; his eyes were bloodshot, bulging as if they might pop from their sockets. Through gritted teeth he thought, 'Xiu Jian is a damned wretch! I can’t even burn his sword!' Indeed, the trembling, furious man was Huang Fu, and the blade beneath his boot was the Sacred Dragon Sword. He had tried to set the sword aflame—yet not only did the flames refuse to take, the fuel he poured seemed to be absorbed and vanished, drying as if swallowed by the metal itself.

Dude #2 yelled back suddenly. “Guys, we have no choice, we either do this or die when we go home, and if we run.. he’ll find us” dude#3 said. Unable to handle the truth of what awaits them, he started walking away from the other guys. ‘Sapphire, what are these guys?’ I asked my dragon, uncertain of their different scents. ‘That’s a delta dragon, gamma dragon and warrior dragon. That gamma dragon is the highest ranking one, deltas are like healers and warriors are obviously warriors,’ she laughed at me, making my fists clenched slightly.
