Leesa's Advent

Leesa's Advent

She wondered if he might have a money belt under his shirt, but his slender form sure didn’t look like it. Dominic stood up and extracted an old brown leather wallet from his back pocket. No, not really a wallet, Leesa thought. It was a little too big to be called a wallet, and it had an inch-wide strap and a brass clasp that kept it closed, like a purse. Yet it was too small to be considered a purse. Whatever it was, it was clearly very old—the leather was dark and lined with age. Surprisingly, the corners showed no wear at all. And though she had just seen Dominic pull it from his pocket, it now looked too large to have fit in there.

Mechanic or Luna: Book two

Mechanic or Luna: Book two

Beau put it down and looked at me. “Yeah, turn around, please.” Beau didn’t hesitate to turn around as I got undressed. It took me a minute to get fully dressed. “Okay.” I said. Putting my leg on the chair, Beau helped me put a thigh strap on. Gun on one side and knife on the other. “Brittany added this.” Beau showed me a pocket that was hidden in the waistline. Pulling it open, Beau put a knife in it before he closed it again. “There are more tracking devices in this dress. We will find you.”

The pocket

The pocket

He carefully wrapped the canvas pieces together with strips of fabric he tore from his own clothes. His most precious find, however, was a cache of dried berries and seeds. He recognized some of them from his childhood – hardy plants that survived even the harshest conditions. These would offer a meager source of sustenance during his journey. He meticulously stored them in the pockets of his jacket and secured his metal bucket and canvas patches to his backpack, every piece of his scavenged hoard precious. He even managed to salvage a broken piece of mirror, reflecting only a distorted image, yet invaluable for checking his condition.

Satisfying Her Darkest Fantasies

Satisfying Her Darkest Fantasies

and bailed out. The pungent scent of pot smoke wafted out of Mike’s truck as Brandt opened the door. A roach clip dangled from the rearview mirror, weighted with feathers and skinny strips of leather. He pushed aside food wrappers and empty beer cans until he found a small bright orange fanny pack. Since he’d forgotten to ask specifics about size and color, he unzipped the main compartment. His hand froze. It wasn’t the unopened package of condoms that snared his interest, but the hand-tooled leather wallet.

As I look at my year in review, this author and book collection has been monumental in reigniting my hunger for reading. I can't track most of the books from this app easily for my year end count but in my heart this book means the most. I wish I could buy a printed version of each of these. .........

Only up to the first 3 stories...and I loved them! I wondered why the book was so big but it's broken down with several stories so when I get time, I'll read them accordingly. Pretty well written/edited and certain to make you desire more than you can handle.

My Death Contract

My Death Contract

She emptied her purse belongings into a large Marc Jacobs shoulder bag in black leather. Meredith checked the time and grabbed another bottle of water and a couple of granola bars and tossed them into her purse as she headed to the door. She put on her Yves Salomon sand-colored parka. It was lined with fur and perfect for the snow fall that had taken place over night.

The Mafia King’s Chubby Obsession

The Mafia King’s Chubby Obsession

It looked like a flash drive, but it was encased in platinum. "The payload," he said. "Where do I put it?" I asked. "The dress has no pockets." Elara smirked. "I am The Weaver, darling. I anticipate the needs of my clientele." She knelt down. She adjusted the hem of the dress. "Lift your leg," she ordered. I lifted my leg. Inside the heavy hem of the dress, hidden in the lining, was a tiny, reinforced pocket. "Perfect for a knife, a cyanide pill, or a data drive," Elara said.

Justo little memouse , immediately removing his neckband and keeping it in the front pack of his pack sack. I give her a small smile as I wrap my hand around her midriff , my gaze out of nowhere going wrong towards the plastic case when I notice, on my wallet, is the platform ring pin. The air moves away from my lungs. I didn't realize I was carrying it all the time in my jeans.

A One Night Stand To Remember

A One Night Stand To Remember

A wicked smile crept on my face as I imagined Eric's reaction. I quickly changed into the dress, adding a pair of comfortable ankle boots that would let me walk or run or do whatever this surprise required. A quick glance in the mirror confirmed I looked good. I grabbed my essentials—wallet and a light makeup bag. I stuffed them into a small, crossbody bag. Less to carry, more freedom to move.

Reborn for Revenge: My Husband Is Mine

Reborn for Revenge: My Husband Is Mine

Hilary glanced at the mountain of bags Sigourney was holding, tilting her head and winking teasingly. Sigourney simply shook her head, saying that she and Theodore weren't actually that close-it was all for show in front of others. Then she pulled Hilary into a handbag boutique to browse. At a glance, one particular handbag immediately caught Sigourney's eye. It was a crystal crossbody bag, crafted from shimmering silver-toned crystals. Though simple in design, it exuded elegance-perfectly suited for the minimalist outfits Sigourney often wore. "This is a crystal handbag from our latest collection and is available only in limited quantities..."
