As it completely becomes one, it plops and turns shady. The ocean rumbles and anger settles at the far end of the valley. The sympathizing clouds cover the moon and pour tears heavily. Suddenly, a large, dominating dragon lands on the ground and shifts to its draconian form- human-like yet with sun-kissed scales around his bare body. He kneels to the ground and examines the lifeless being before him. His big, square hand travels through the maiden's beautiful face and afterward notices the seemingly dull and dormant egg. He grabs it and embraces it on his forearms. After which, he leaves.

“I think the dose was too mild for such a fine specimen of manhood. The second dose should do the trick.” Tristan was so pleased with the flattery Lizzy sent his way that he barely noticed being given the second dose until the burning sensation began. It wasn’t as bad as the first time and was for a much shorter duration. He tried to shift again. This time he was successful. Chloe was speechless as she looked at the enormous dragon before her. Although, admittedly, had she not been prepared for the sight and know that it was Tristan, she would have run for the hills screaming. Instead, she stood firm.
