I needed to have a little word with Carter about the stunt he pulled today. It doesn’t take long before their group makes an appearance. Western High School’s PB (short for Pretty Boys) was made up of four members: the handsome playboy (incubus) Kevin, the sports guy (ghoul) Ashton, the genius Walter (werewolf), and the most popular guy in school, Carter (vampire). Those four jerks were the dream and nightmare of every human girl in school. Girls both loved and feared them at the same time. All girls, but not me.

He had a pistol under his right arm pit, and on his left shoulder was his white T-shirt which was stained with blood. Picking the T-shirt on his shoulder, he used it to dab the blood flowing down his lips. “Impressive boy, but I'm proud to tell you that you messed with the wrong gang, and for that you are going to pay for it”

I never did and I don’t judge you just because I have a better life and you don’t but this… Stealing from people isn’t the only option to fend for you and your sister champ.” “I know that and I’ve tried, they just wouldn’t hire me. It’s either I’m too young or I’m not muscular enough to do what they’re asking of me. I know stealing is bad but this is the only option I have right now. I watched him with hooded eyes as he handed the man the money. He had to try and hit the moving target in the center, and then he would get the bear. Sounds easy right? No. Midgame these targets went crazy, moving up and down and I bite the inside of my cheek watching as Samuel visibly got frustrated. He ran out of darts and the pubescent boy chuckled tauntingly at him. “Sorry bud, maybe next time.” With his jaw clenched, Samuel reached into his pocket again and pulled out another dollar, slamming it onto the platform in front of us.

The man sitting on my left was a tall, thin black man named Curtis. He had gone to Columbia and was now an accountant by day. He was clearly very intelligent and witty, and confident in himself. On my right was Greg, who had gone to BYU as a baseball player and become a Mormon missionary before leaving and finding a new life as a high-school gym teacher. He had dirty blonde hair and light blue eyes. He was the shortest of the group, and also probably the most reserved.
