Chapter 1. -Tatiana’s Pov- It was early morning when I found myself running down the stairs at the speed of lightning. I was being chased by the alpha of my pack. He has been my emotional abuser ever since my parents died when I was eleven years old. Alpha Alexzander Snow was sixteen. it was at that age that our parents were out by the hills having a picnic together our parents were the best of friends his father and my mother were like two peas in a pod they did everything together and when they both found their mates the best friends of two became best friends of four.

Lacey tells him, before she turns around once more to check on the children. Sunny is staring out the window in delight, seemingly mesmerized by the fat flakes of falling snow. Jack is playing his hand held gaming console once more, but he too keeps casting furtive glances out his window at the snow. Both children love the snow. Sunny finds it magical, how fluffy it looks and how it sparkles in the light. Jack just likes throwing snowballs at people and piling the fresh powder up to make forts or snowmen.

Melanie had said, "You've always wanted to see the snow in your dad's hometown, right? The colonel says I'll be transferred to the northern military district in six months. When you go to Valmore College, we can go see the snow together and walk through it until we grow old." At the time, I was so moved I almost cried. It was clear now that it was only ever my dream, and mine alone to realize. I stayed by the sea until dawn before finally heading home.

She serves Snow, ignoring her complaints that she's not really hungry and then she serves the rest of us. We eat, drink and talk about what we did while Snow was in a coma. We laugh and make jokes while we spend time with Snow. This moment is just amazing. How we're all together eating drinking and laughing. Snow's laughter and her smile was just magical. I don't want this moment to end. But to ensure this happiness, we have to get on with our plan. I’m very certain that this will work.

He released my neck before lifting my two hands above my head and capturing them in one hand, rendering me completely helpless before tugging my jaw upwards with his free hand.
