She squeals, jumping on the bed, Dutch joining her as she does a little victory dance, her childish cackles fill my heart with joy. The room itself was a baby pink colour, it was so light it was almost white, the bed sat to the side of the room, it was a huge 4 poster king size bed, draped around it and over the top was soft pink tulle, the sheets were a crisp white colour, the added sheets and blankets were different shades of pink, placed neatly on her bed. Where did you get this from?” I reveal, “I saw it in a store on my way back.” There, he touches the pink tulip in its arms with a sweet smile, “I was going to report you for destroying nature.” he said, claiming a chuckle from me. He holds it by his heart and says, “Thank you.”

I asked. Jackson rolled his eyes in that condescending way that I absolutely hated. “You wouldn't know unless you tried it out, now would you?” I gave him a nod because I knew we were doing the D-E-F today no matter what as his plan to completely disarm me one more time. “I suppose you are right.” I muttered. . . . “Mommy, look! DUCKS!” Kelsey pointed at the ducks in the park pond. “Let's feed them!”

Mom and Dad thought it was a concerned message from Byron, and they exchanged guilty glances. Unfortunately, they were only half right. It was indeed from Byron, but the message read, "Something came up at work. I won't be home tonight." Right after that, Claire sent me a video.
