“I’m okay.” He nods, then leans in, pressing his forehead against mine. “Don’t fucking do that again.” I chuckle. “No promises.” He exhales, shaking his head. “You’re a reckless asshole.” “And you love it.” A smirk tugs at his lips. “Yeah,” he murmurs. “I fucking do.”
