The car ride back from the outdoor party was tense, the kind of silence that crackled with unspoken words. Amber sat in the passenger seat, her legs crossed, her dress—a delicate white with soft yellow flowers—falling just above her knees. She looked effortlessly radiant, her dark hair falling in loose waves over her shoulders. Ryan gripped the steering wheel tightly, his jaw clenched as he focused on the road. He could still hear the laughter from the party, the way everyone had gravitated toward Amber, charmed by her warmth and easy confidence.

I think the biting thing is meant to be a joke but it did not land, nobody laughed and then it looked like after sometime people finally got the joke and laughed.

Amber has made it to suit her. The knock on the door is soft, barely making a sound and before anyone answers, it swings open. Amber was stood with her hands clasped together, her amber hair in long braids that hung over her breasts. A floor length gown in pink covered her body including her feet. She edges forward with a smile on her face, but I could see the red ring around her amber eyes. “Dearest sister, I am so glad you are awake! You gave us all quite a scare.”
