I didn’t know he was a lecturer at all.” There was a collective hum from them and they all picked up their pen to write something. What the hell were they writing for God’s sake? “After you found out that he was a professor at this university, what did you do?” Sleep with him a thousand times? What was this, Criminal minds beyond borders? My mouth flapped open and close as I was lost of words to say.

The sprawling campus seemed overwhelming, its tall, stately buildings buzzing with students hurrying off to their classes. It was a new beginning, yet her mind was preoccupied with one thing. Noah. He wasn’t just Noah here. He was Professor Alabaster. She couldn’t let anyone know about the secret they shared, the dangerous line they walked. She swallowed hard, gripping the strap of her bag, willing herself to focus on something other than the magnetic pull of her forbidden relationship. She was a college student now, and today, she would meet new people, sit through her first lectures, and blend in as if her life wasn’t a tangled web of desire and deception.

I answered her. “Sure! That would be great!” they beamed excitedly. I start telling them what happened, omitting some inappropriate scenes of me and Prof. Fortez. “I was in Professor Fortez’s office when she knocked on the door. Prof. Fortez opened it and asked what she needed. She asked him out for a coffee date, but he declined her offer. She pushed him in and shamelessly invited herself inside. She clung her arms on professor’s nape and pressed her body close to his---” I stopped narrating the incident when I saw them demonstrating the scene.
