Rasmiah bowed like a Japanese person giving thanks, asking apology, making a request or asking someone a favor. “Where do you think you’re going puppy!?” Mike freaked out when he saw a puppy escaping from the rectangular basket. The white puppy with its tiny black paws ran to her mama dog and Helena kissed her puppy and placed her mouth on its fluffy ears like whispering something and her puppy jumped happily, barked three times before going back to their basket.

I love having him over and playing with him. "Hi, Petey. How are you, honey?" I say pulling him up and hoisting him on my hip, kissing his cheek. "Hi, Petey! Where's my hug, huh?" Kim says, placing her hand on his back. Petey has a little crush on Kim. He always becomes giggly around her. His little cheeks blush and he lifts his shoulder as if trying to hide from her. "Hi, Kimmy!" he says through giggles making her chuckle. "Hi, Petey. So..." she says placing her hand on her hip.

A thought then popped into my head. “Want to show Rose what you look like?” I grinned down at her. Kimi’s ears flattened, and she lowered herself onto her belly. She whined at me. “I know she’s mad at you, but this might help her forgive you faster. She has a thing for werewolves.”

My face was pale. "How old is the pup?" Rowan pressed his lips together. He looked away, too scared to speak. Tessa, however, released a cloying scent. It was a blatant provocation. "Almost two months. Mine and Rowan's pup." When I heard the answer, I bit my lower lip hard. What a coincidence. Exactly the same age as the pup draining my life right now. My heart felt like it was ripped open by claws. Tears spilled over and burned my cheeks.
