On flipping the book pages, she found another photograph of the same lady. It said, 'We will finally get together.' Things were becoming confusing for Rachel. She found some more pictures with messages like 'Life is gonna be exciting.' , 'Just 9 days to go' and so on. Another hint is, that they were kept in one book series.

Helped her take a few other books. We stood close to each other but my focus was never really on Jessica, it was on Rachel. My eyes kept drifting to the side of the shelf where Rachel was standing with Angel. Rachel held a novel in her hand. Calmly flipped through the pages like she did not care about me or Jessica. Rachel's face was expressionless, like Jessica. I did not exist to her. Every time I tried to laugh with Jessica it felt like something was stuck in my chest when I thought about Rachel.

Allison answered another call, turning her back on Rachel. Alex passed the time reading the book covers displayed on the wall. Rachel started to point to where she’d last seen Legal Briefs, but the frame in the top row right was empty. Horrified, Rachel ran to the receptionist’s desk. “Allison, where’s my book?” she demanded. “I’m not at liberty to say,” “Not at liberty? What the hell are you talking about? Where’s my book? Can someone please tell me what is going on?” At that moment, Joan walked into the lobby, her eyes blazing in Rachel’s direction.

Explaining the whole story of Harley’s mother's relationship with Alexander and what led to everything that happened before Harley contacts Ron for the first time? so basically Connie and Alexander falling in love, marrying, Connie's affair with Ron, the fall out, etcetc. The entire backstory! So basically, the places in this book are made up even though the book is nothing like fantasy, it's just your average billionaire erotic BDSM romance involving a Billionaire, obviously and a naive little do gooder woman who thought she was all that, so don't go looking for my made up places okay sweeties?
