Offering a military salute by crossing their hands over their chest they stood facing her. Jelena Savage was not as old as one would expect from the leader of an entire race. She was only 17, even younger than Axel by a whole two years! This is therapy in blanket form.” Rae appeared in the doorway, drying her hands on a dish towel, smiling soft and tired. “Told you he’d get it right.” I met her eyes. “I’m trying.” Zara waved a hand dramatically. “You two are disgusting. In the best way. Now go romance somewhere else so I can nap under my new security blanket.”

POV KALE I watched as Raine swished past me, her hips moving just the way that I like. In that way you know she is doing it on purpose, making sure you are paying attention. The outfit she wore today made her stand out even more than usual, not that she needed help in any way.

"Mr. Bernard asked me to give this to you to review after typing." "Oh, the CARIA case?" She asked, taking the file from her.

Renee shared. "But our lives were different. I had my own struggles. I had to return to Hinesville, where I lived and grew up, but we kept in touch. Back then, I was aware that Raeyln was dating a wealthy man. That was Charles Eros. They had met during Raelyn's internship at Dowel Landmasters. She told me that it was tough and that his parents disapproved of her."
