Rayne's POV It was the next morning after our arrival back to New York and the press meeting we held to announce our marriage to the public and the secret of me being Rayne Williams so I was going into the office today as Ryane and not Lila Adams. It was going to be awkward as hell I just knew it but I was going to make it clear to them that I was still the same person even though they knew me with another name.

Without a thought, she smacked him across the face. “You have no right to ask Brigid to hold Nix. You are a bastard as always. Let us go home; you don’t really want us here. If you really want to do something for your people, STOP bugging Aarshon and me!” Rayne was almost foaming at the mouth. Aameris looked at her, shocked that she had hit him. “Go have breakfast,” Aameris told her, then moved out of the room to the bathroom. This wasn’t over, Rayne thought as she stormed out of the room. They would get home, and soon, or she would kill that crazy man.

Owen's pov It was obvious from the look on the alpha's face that he didn't want us near the mysterious woman that had me and my brothers weak in the knees and that pissed me off because his mate was sitting on her knees right next to him.
