Digging My Grave

Digging My Grave

His feelings were far too fleeting. Ryan's fingers twitched, and I knew he was recalling the same moment. Then, he reached out with his claws and scraped away the words on my tombstone, carving new ones in their place. "Ryan and his mate, Tiana, rest here together." His claws tore open against the rough stone, blood dripping from his fingers, but he ignored the pain. Slowly, he lay down in the grave he had just excavated. A satisfied smile crossed his lips as he injected himself with a lethal dose of wolfsbane. His pupils contracted sharply, his breathing grew labored, and his body convulsed under the poison's effects.

Alpha Arthur

Alpha Arthur

We knew he would have wanted us to separate her from the rest. We did it out of respect too. He laid down close to her grave for hours. We didn’t know how to tell him it’s getting late. He had to let him be. Oliver and I were just scouting around. We were there till dawn. We didn’t sleep, because we needed to keep our eyes on any danger. “Alpha Arthur.” Tate calls my attention. I jump down from my car and approach him. “Thank you.” He appreciates me. I nod at him.

MAID OF REVENGE

MAID OF REVENGE

“You’re such a good man.” She stepped forward and embraced the old doctor tightly, clinging to him as though he were the only anchor left in her storm-tossed world. He returned the hug with fatherly warmth, then carefully supported her as they made their way to the morgue. The sterile hallway seemed endless. When they finally reached the cold, dimly lit room, a staff member quietly pointed to where Arthur lay. Ara’s legs trembled beneath her. With Doctor Griffin’s steady hand on her back, she approached the gurney. Her fingers shook violently as she reached for the white sheet covering her father’s body.

ALPHA Arthur: The Mate Who Lied

ALPHA Arthur: The Mate Who Lied

He watched the progress bars crawl. "Come on," he hissed, glancing at the clock. He dug deeper, searching for the encryption keys to the security gates. He stumbled upon a folder labeled with a simple, jagged 'A'. He opened it. His breath hitched. The screen filled with surveillance photos. These weren't the polished images of the Alpha he had once loved. Arthur looked like a corpse. He was huddled in a trash filled alleyway, a bottle of cheap rye clutched in a hand that was missing two fingernails. His pack house was gone. His pride was gone. He looked like a dog waiting for the curb.

SOLD TO THE VOID ALPHA: THE REJECTED HEIRESS

SOLD TO THE VOID ALPHA: THE REJECTED HEIRESS

"The 002 Vessel has achieved 'Trench-Level' stabilization. The harvest can now begin." Behind the Judges, a figure emerges from the shadows of the elevator. It’s my father, Arthur Vane. But he isn't a memory, and he isn't dead. He’s wearing a Council "Architect" suit, and his eyes are the same clinical, blue-white as the Null-Zone. "Hello, Zora," my father says, his voice devoid of any warmth. "I see you’ve met your upgrades. Now, be a good investment and come home.”

The Billionaire's Temporary Mistress

The Billionaire's Temporary Mistress

Sophie's POV **The Blackout** The gunshot's echo still vibrated in my teeth when the emergency lights died. Arthur's signet ring - the Blackstone crest edged with blood diamonds - bit deeper into my throat as the world plunged into absolute darkness. His breath was hot and rancid against my cheek, smelling of antiseptic and the faint metallic tang of the cancer eating him from within. "Clever boy," Arthur rasped, his Russian accent thickening with adrenaline. His free hand yanked my hair back, exposing my neck. "But electricity won't stop what's coming."

The Billionaire's Baby Bargain

The Billionaire's Baby Bargain

She keeps her expression blank and her body slack, staring straight ahead at nothing in particular. It’s just a wonder if this is on her own accord or not. “I know you think this is the end of the werewolves, that we’ve been captured and the rest of the wolves back home will fall in line but you are greatly mistaken,” Arthur says, but he’s looking at the camera. Dudley has finally regained normal breathing levels and goes to chime in, but Zayne casts him a warning glance which causes him to fall silent, standing still next to Grace.

I really liked the story but HATE the ending, too much left hanging. I don’t think this was a good ending to the book even if there is a sequel. So now I’ll wait for hopefully a next one so there’s closure to so many unresolved issues.

is this book finished? I am getting near the end and where I'm at, there is a lot to wrap up in just a few chapters. I think this is a great story line, it has me anxious to find out how it will all out

Dumped, Because His "HER" Is Back

Dumped, Because His "HER" Is Back

"I just took the elevator power grid offline. The building is on emergency lights. I’m coming for you, Eve. Marcus, suppressive fire on the north side! I want their eyes on the street, not the basement!" I stood up, my legs shaking. The basement was a labyrinth of steam pipes and shadows. I pulled my ceramic blade, the weight of it a small comfort. I needed to move, but as I reached the heavy steel door leading to the parking garage, it hissed open. I raised the blade, ready to strike, but I froze. Arthur Blackwood stood there. He wasn't wearing his tuxedo jacket anymore, and he held a sleek, suppressed submachine gun with the casual grace of a man who had spent decades killing. He wasn't ac

By My Rules

By My Rules

The sea breeze made the small branches shake, but they weren’t as tall or grand as the old grove. I stood in front of Angelo’s grave for a long time, saying nothing, until footsteps came from behind. I assumed it was one of my men, but when I turned, a young stranger stood there. He wore a black coat and held a bouquet of white flowers. His features were sharp, and a faint scar ran along his left brow. “Sorry to bother you,” he said. “I’m Arthur Morrow.” When I didn’t reply, he glanced at the headstone and spoke quietly, “I took care of the last escape route Drake left in New Jersey. Also… I brought a message for you.”
