She was lost, nowhere to be found. So, he began to find her. Little did he know she was just there all along hiding beneath the sea.(This story involves Philippine Mythology, but I altered some things for the plot to work out, thanks!)

“Please Sir, don't divorce me. I will do whatever you want, but not a divorce.” Carolyn pleaded desperately with the man that everything about him was screaming danger.  She was taken aback by the coldness the man was exuding when he turned to face her. His eyes held so much darkness that she flinched. All her senses awoke blaring alarm bells in her head to get away, but to where? She had been walking helplessly in the street after she discovered her aunt's cruel intentions towards her on her wedding day. Until that young man mistook her as the bride of this man and brought her to the altar to marry this man who is scaring the living daylights out of her. He took a slow stride to her, held her chin with his index finger making her eyes meet his, and said. “Little bunny, you did not only trick my assistant into believing you're my bride, but you're also asking for a favor?“ “I'd like to sound a note of warning. Being my wife means you're ready to stay in my hell. You seem too fragile to be in my abyss, you might die, and there's no going back once you're in. Are you still willing?". He asked. “Yes, I am willing. In exchange, you'll have to protect me from my aunt and her goons.” She boldly declared. The man squirted his eyes at the little bunny in front of him for whatever reason, she was the most audacious woman he had ever come across and a devilish smile curled up his lips and said. “STRIP AND PLEASURE YOURSELF WIFEY.” And Carolyn's jaws dropped. Did she make the right decision by entering into a deal with the devil?  Will she regret her actions? READ TO FIND OUT. 

I was in a car accident while saving my brothers. However, instead of gratitude, they urged the doctors to amputate my legs. "Carol, we're sorry," they said through tears. Everyone called her the Smith family's one and only princess. They had even hired a world-class symphony orchestra to play Happy Birthday just for her. While I lay bleeding in a dingy apartment, they would not spend a few dollars on bandages for me. I watched as my eldest brother gently fed her cake, his eyes full of tenderness. "Jasmine, only you deserve to be our one and only little sister." The second brother placed a tiara on her head with care. "Even for the smallest birthday, we won't let you suffer a single moment of disappointment." The third knelt to help her into a pair of crystal shoes. "Jasmine, you're our most precious darling." Then, standing on the stage, Jasmine held up the black credit card they had gifted her and smiled sweetly. "Brothers," she said, "Carol lost her legs saving you. Maybe you should go see how she's doing?" My eldest brother let out a mocking laugh. "She's not worth it. Now that she's crippled, she'll never be able to compete with you again. She got what she deserved."

"You're a fucking monster,” I spat, looking him dead in the eye with my tear filled ones. “You’re right chica bella, but this fucking monster is your husband,” he yelled, slamming his bloodied hand on the mirror. “And that’s the only thing keeping you alive till this point.” He threw the knife into the sink, the splashes of blood staining the white ceramic. But this time, I simply look down at the special forces recruitment letter in my hand and say nothing. Drew remains oblivious. At last, I'm the one who's letting go.
