Secret Glances

Secret Glances

He walks across the lobby and hands me a manilla folder. “Thanks Hank.” I say as I open the folder and make my way towards the elevators. My feet halt and I am glued in place. The folder is filled with pictures. Me, Olivia, Bethany, Ally and Neil. Bethany has a red cross through her face in all the pictures. Neil and Ally’s both have the word “Almost” in red scrawl. My heart stops when I look at a picture of Olivia and me. MINE! Is written across my face and DEAD BITCH is written across Olivia’s. My blood runs cold and I dial Dan’s number as I click the elevator button continuously until the doors open.

Ten Shades of Passion

Ten Shades of Passion

Thankfully, I could think on my feet… or not, as the case might be. “I’ve watched Fifty Shades of Grey. It looks like fun. I’ve imagined myself in Anastasia’s place and I’m taking the next step. Whilst I may not know exactly what turns me on, my body’s booked two hours for you to experiment upon it. I’m sure you’ll figure something out, being as you’re the best there is.” I arched an eyebrow at him. He cracked the other claw of his lobster open, towards me, and juice splattered upon my face. Blinking furiously, my hands turned into two tight fists itching to wrap themselves around his neck, knowing he’d done it on purpose.

No Rules, Just Pleasure

"When you caught me before, I wasn't, um. I wasn't watching p**n. Exactly." I flinched, waiting for Jennifer to freak out. Instead, she just looked at me expectantly. "See, I don't really like p**n either," I said, "Like you said, it's kind of weird to watch. Very fake and staged. So instead I like to, um, read stuff." "Like Fifty Shades of Grey?" Jennifer asked. "Sort of?" And then, I did something either incredibly smart or unbelievably stupid. "Here," I said, "I'll show you."

The Mafia King's Scarred Posession

The Mafia King's Scarred Posession

Grey growled, gripping my hips harder before returning between my legs, drawing his tongue through every sensitive spot. My legs wobbled. My body shivered. My skin became feverish. My feelings were a mess. Grey, the powerful Mafia boss, the killer, the one who owned me, was on his knees before me. The sole sight filled me with an odd blend of fear, embarrassment, and wicked excitement.

UNTIL YOU REMEMBER ME

UNTIL YOU REMEMBER ME

( Alessa) The rain has softened, but it still clings to the windows like regret it refuses to release. I remain at Adrian’s desk, the glow of the screen casting pale light across my face as file after file unfolds in front of me. Truths I demanded. Truths he finally gave without filtering. Each document feels like another small cut—medical reports I never saw, surveillance threads on Elena, fragments of the night that stole our child and my memories. Manhattan sprawls far below, indifferent to the quiet war happening in this glass tower.

My OB-GYN My Undoing

Then Claire Stone’s maternity from Scans, Notes, Details from the night she hemorrhaged. More folders followed. Fellowship records. My application essay. Photos from the retreat. One folder highlighted, Cabin 7. And then the videos. The shower. The cabin porch. Last night’s dinner, Alaric’s hand under my dress, caught from an angle I didn’t even recognize. Fuck! I stared at the screen, numb, the room suddenly too quiet. This evidence is more than enough to bring me down. One last file remained. Title, Board Presentation I opened it.

Step Too Far: Ruined By Him

Step Too Far: Ruined By Him

He looks impressed, “Your mom tells me that you love reading. What’s your favorite book?” I glance at Mom, her face turning pink while Lacey looks down at her plate and starts eating. “I like E.L. James, Carly Phillips, Harper Sloan, and Nora Roberts. I’d happily curl up with any one of their books.” He frowns, “I’ve heard of Nora Roberts, but haven’t read any of her books, the others I can’t say I’ve ever heard of them.” “Oh you’d have heard of E.L. James, she wrote Fifty Shades Of Grey.” Lacey pipes up, and I watch in amusement as Harrison’s face falls as he realizes exactly what Fifty is all about. “What about you, Mr. Brady, do you read?”

PLEASE ME, DADDY: 50 SHADES OF DESIRE

PLEASE ME, DADDY: 50 SHADES OF DESIRE

“Five minutes. Don’t be late.” The five minutes felt like an eternity. Elara’s legs were still unsteady, a pleasant, liquid weakness lingering in her muscles from the seismic release under the table. She gathered her legal pad and pen with trembling hands, her skin hypersensitive, every brush of her silk blouse against her nipples a tiny electric shock. The conference room emptied around her, colleagues chatting idly about lunch plans and quarterly projections, completely oblivious to the secret that had just unfolded in their midst. She could still taste the copper of blood on her cheek, a stark reminder of the climax she’d barely silenced. Her core throbbed in a slow, echoing rhythm, a hun

The Alpha's Whispering Pearl

The Alpha's Whispering Pearl

Grey and Ash are about to get named as the leaders of the pack. I crumble the paper in my hand and light a candle. Then I hold the candle flame to the paper as it starts burning down the paper till it turns into nothingness. "What are you doing? Burning my room?" Grey asks, coming out of the walk-in closet. He looks so damn handsome if you ask me. The black suit matches his caramel skin, and the way he has combed his hair matches that playful smile of his.

I feel your pain. I suffer from chronic migraines as well and know sometimes it is so hard to function in this world. All you can do is take it one day at a time. Taking monthly shots and daily meds to try to control them are no fun and I understand your pain. Just try to do your best, keep smiling

The Werewolf's Assistant

The Werewolf's Assistant

"Not until you understand-" "Loddie?" Henry called as I was suddenly taken out of sight from the French doors and pushed up against the side of the building. It wasn't with force, but in protection, but it took my breath away all the same. I didn't hear or think about Henry the second my eyes looked back at Grey as his eyes were staring down my cleavage. Not for lust, but because of the piece of paper peeking out from the failed attempt to conceal. "I retract what I said," he tore the letter from my skin and opened it for the verification that was met with a smile.
