Divorced Husband, His Regret

Divorced Husband, His Regret

It hadn’t even been five minutes since I told them about the divorce, and everything was already spiraling. “Mom…” I turned to her with teary eyes, my voice trembling. “Dad just hit me.” “Shut your filthy mouth and answer your father. Did you divorce your husband? Yes or no?” I stared at them, stunned. Why were they acting like this? They had never looked at me with such disgust. It was like they wanted to rip me apart. I shook my head, trying to calm myself. They probably just didn’t understand the full story. So I started to explain, from the beginning, about my so-called friend and how James betrayed me.

Divorced Plus-Size Wife: Now CEO

“I have asked you several times what I need to do to make you change your mind about this whole divorce conversation, but you’re not even trying at all. Sometimes I feel like you regret getting married to me in the first place.” “Sometimes? You should honestly feel like that every time because that is the truth. I want to believe that I have said it’s not once or twice today. I regret ever getting married in the first place because I feel like that’s one of the biggest mistakes that I have ever made.” She didn’t say anything, and she didn’t tear up, which is a very different side of her because I know the old her would’ve started trying to act beautiful, but she didn’t this time. I guess she

Reject My Billionaire Ex-Husband

Reject My Billionaire Ex-Husband

In his consciousness, he still has a wife; it's just that they have been divorced for a long time. "Tom, what do you think? How many times did I call, and you still can't hear me?" Mary Wickes raised her beautiful face, her eyes filled with tears; the faint scent of perfume instantly made Tom Hulce feel panic: "Tom, do you regret it?" She raised her head, stared into his eyes, and realized his body shook non-stop. Regret, regret what? Tom Hulce hugged Mary Wickes tightly, but one word fell into contemplation because of her. Regret what? He cheated, he divorced, or something else?

Love Rewritten: Chasing Her Back

Love Rewritten: Chasing Her Back

It was raw, it was real, it was vulnerable. But I wasn’t going to fall for it. “Just twenty minutes of your time,” he said softly, looking more stressed than I had ever seen him. I shook my head. “Twenty seconds.” I shook my head again. “Twenty words.“ I looked up at him, almost nodding when I saw how hurt his expression was. When I didn’t say anything immediately, he went on. “I regret the divorce every single day. Right from the moment I gave you the divorce papers until this day.”

Mr. Kane Got Blacklisted

Mr. Kane Got Blacklisted

Stella smirked and said, "Maybe I will if you fall in love with someone else. I'm a very jealous and vindictive person. You have to think about this during the probation period. There is no turning back once you choose me." Keegan leaned over and whispered in her ear, "Do you know what I regret most when we got divorced?" Stella said, "Leaving me with nothing?" Keegan was at a loss for words. "Please broaden your perspective. Don't just think about money." Stella chuckled and asked, "What is it then?" Keegan lowered his eyes and said, "The thing I regret most during our divorce was that I didn't burn our marriage certificate immediately after receiving it. You wouldn't have been able to divo

I am on chapter 1700 and trust me this has to be the only book here that I have not lost interest in,i.e, the chapters have not dragged on and you literally are on the edge of your seat throughout the book. Enjoyed the whole book except the last few chapters.Hope the story doesn't become cliched now

What makes this story good are the characters, mainly the lead characters. Unlike other stories where the leads are usually portrayed as someone omnipotent with multiple hidden excellent identities, both Stella and Keegan have their own flaws and weaknesses, which made their characters more charming

But then a message popped. “I regret it everyday. I regret ever getting with Camille, I regret pushing my family aside. I am truly sorry, Diana. I know that nothing I say or do will bring our little Angel back, but I'm trying everyday to be a better man. Today is the last day you'll be my wife. I'm sending the divorce papers tomorrow. I've already signed my part. I want you to be safe. That's all that matters to me.” Has Nathan been possessed by a ghost?

Why the Crocodile Tears?

Why the Crocodile Tears?

Gregory's voice grew husky as he continued, "I've lived nearly 30 years without ever regretting a single decision. I always believed that every choice I made was the right one, but…" Anathea could sense what he was about to say next. Maybe it was the alcohol on his breath or the heat from his body, but a dull ache started pulsing in her temples. Gregory lowered his head, resting his chin against her neck. Anathea felt his warm breath slip beneath her collar as he murmured, "I regret it." Her heart skipped a beat, then stumbled into an unsteady rhythm, faltering in her chest. Gregory continued, "I regret letting you go. I never wanted to trap you, but I do regret signing those divorce papers.

My Sillence, Let's Get Divorce My Billionaire

Of course, they truly hated Ravelina. “That’s right, it’s better to just divorce!” the others said. Viona looked smug, while Regan remained silent, just as Ravelina did. “I do not agree with this divorce lawsuit.” Regan grabbed the divorce documents and tore them apart right in front of the entire Dominic family. Ravelina was certainly shocked to see what her husband did, as were Viona and several members of the Dominic family present there. “Regan, didn’t you want to divorce this barren woman, …”

Hired Daddy For The Adorable Triplet

He asked feeling exasperated. "Not to sign it." Hailey answered in a duh tone. "She wanted me to sign it! And I can't fault her for that. It was either me or her company, and if I was her.. I would definitely choose my company." "You sure about that? You are sure you can live with the decision you have made for the rest of your life?" Marcel sighed plopping down on a couch, putting on his TV, "Of course I would regret the decision I made till the day I die. I would regret not realizing my true feelings on time, I would regret signing that divorce paper, I would regret not growing old with her."

"Actually, I'm fine with what life's like for me now. I've learned to love myself a little more. I've also learned not to waste my time on other people who just aren't worth it. "My love for you used to be real, coming from the bottom of my heart. I'd also treated you sincerely in the past. And, I don't regret it. Those had been my true feelings at that time. "But, I know that you're regretting it now. It's just too late. "Mr. Fowler, there is not even a sliver of a chance that we'll ever get back together. Please stop wasting your time on me. Frequently Asked Questions

From my perspective as someone who's followed celebrity relationships closely, divorce can feel like a monumental regret at first, but life often complicates that narrative. Take someone like John Lennon—after his messy divorce from Cynthia, he later called it a necessary step toward finding Yoko and his true self. Regret isn't static; it morphs with time. Maybe right now, in the raw aftermath, it stings like hell. The guilt over kids, the public scrutiny, the 'what ifs.' But years later? It might just be a footnote in a bigger story of personal growth. I've seen friends drown in divorce regret initially, only to realize later it freed them from toxic patterns. The real question isn't whether it's his biggest regret—it's whether he's learned to reframe it as a painful but valuable turning point.

That said, if he's still calling it his ultimate regret decades later, that says more about his inability to move forward than the divorce itself. Some people weaponize regret to avoid accountability—'woe is me' instead of 'here's how I changed.' The most fascinating public figures are those who admit the pain but own their role in it. Like that viral interview where Gwyneth Paltrow called her divorce from Chris Martin a 'conscious uncoupling'—controversial phrasing, but it showed active reflection rather than wallowing. Whether divorce stays his top regret depends entirely on what he does next: does it become a museum of his failures, or the foundation for something better?
