Novel & Cerita Read The Beast Within

The Beast Within The cavern trembled as the beast lunged, its roar echoing like thunder against the stone walls. It was unlike anything I had ever faced—half silver, half shadow, its body rippling with both light and darkness. My wolf snarled inside me, but the shadows whispered hungrily at the same time, both demanding control. My chest tightened. If I let one lead, I lose the other. The beast’s claws struck the ground where I had stood a heartbeat earlier, the stone shattering. I rolled aside, shadow-blades forming in my hands, silver fire burning across the edges. For the first time, the weapons didn’t flicker—they burned steady, both forces working together.

“You were born with something rare inside you.” I held my breath. “The Red Moon Beast.” My heart dropped. He walked to the wall and touched one of the glowing symbols. “This beast is not evil,” he said softly. “It is ancient. It is powerful. It is a spirit that chooses a host once every very long time. It chose you. And the ritual will help it awaken safely. Without hurting anyone. Without hurting you.” I stared at him. I didn’t know what to say. A beast? Inside me?

She read all the contents of the book in a few minutes. "Beastman. That's what you call the people who had an ancient spirit beast's blood. Hansel and Hannah attracted a lot of spirit beasts when they were hurt. Spirit beasts desired the blood of an ancient spirit beast because it will make them stronger. They are two blood fighting inside Hannah and Hansel's body. One is the blood of a human and the other is the blood of an..." Soheila took down the book and gulped. "...ancient spirit beast." The bathroom suddenly opened and Soheila saw Theodore coming out wearing a thick black shirt and black pants. Theodore was wiping his wet hair using a towel as he walked towards Soheila and sat beside

*Becareful of what you wished for* A voice wispered in my ear. "I will take the girl in white" He ordered, his deep huskily voice sending shivers down my spine, tears clouded my vision, the Beast want me! * * * T.b.c.

He snarls as my puke hits his pelt, but he doesn't slow down. "Close eyes," he orders, and I quickly obey. My world goes dark, and my brain zeros in on my pain again. Nathan. My Love is gone. The forest I dreamed of seeing took him, and I wasn't allowed to follow. Sobbing once again becomes my sole focus, and the beast carrying me doesn't say anything else. His arm does tighten, though, and my face buries into his fur. His hand holding me goes from an aggressive grip to a firm hold. It's as if he understands my pain.

I kept my face in a cool mask of indifference as she continued, the spear that was still in my shoulder burning hotly. “Have you forgotten so soon Beast? What got you here in the first place? You are a copy of your father! A brutish beast who can never love any-” Ma Jules spewed before I wrenched her head back, snapping it messily from her neck just as I felt her spine break under my foot and the body crumple to the gritty floor. I sighed heavily, howling a guttural dirge of exhausted victory as the full moon’s energy caressed the fur of my Alpha.

I didn’t even know what that meant, but the beast within me demanded it and so did I. “I know. I wish I could—” A loud knock on the door behind broke him off. A serious looking man with a buzz cut poked his head in. “Alpha. It’s time.” He said solemly. “Shit.” Graeme said and turned to the nearest chair, lowering me gently into it.

No, this was about losing something that he thought he owned. Drake growled, and Samantha turned her head sharply in his direction. "All right, My Beast, don't start breathing fire. Cool heads need to prevail here." "Your Beast, huh?" Drake smirked. "Yeah. You're name is Drake. That's a dragon, you sounded like your were about to roar, you were definitely growling, I think if you get mad enough, you might just breathe fire. So, My Beast." Vulcan watched this by-play with a great deal of humor. The woman shouldn't know his friend that well. But, it seemed that she did, indeed know him, and know him well.

"Let him believe it. If the King thinks he’s in control, he won’t look closer at the archives." "The bond is anchoring Eilis's mind faster than we anticipated," the first replied. He adjusted his heavy cloak, the movement revealing a glimpse of a jagged, old-world sigil pinned to his vest. "The 'Beast' is becoming functional. Stable. Exactly what is required for the transition." "And if the Prince grows too attached? If he puts his mate above the cause?"

"They will work day and night on our weapon. Every resource, and every ingredient will be ready. In two nights' time, the beast will be dead." **************** THE BEAST Within the forbidden chamber, bathed in the crimson glow of its recent feast, the beast lay sated. The taste of blood still lingered in its mouth, savoring the flavor as it basked in the afterglow of its carnal desires fulfilled. The beast's body shuddered. A ripple a strange metamorphosis surging from within. Paws contorted, bones shifting with sickening snaps beneath fur. Claws became blunt nails. Hindquarters elongated, warped, and reshaped.
