After his search, he couldn’t find anything on me, so he walked me inside. He led me into a study room and I furrowed my brows in confusion. “What are we doing here?.” I asked, looking around. He simply ignored me and pushed the bookshelf backwards in a certain pattern. My mouth gaped in shock as it slide opened and a staircase was revealed. No wonder they couldn’t find her, she was underground all this while. I walked through the staircase until I got to the last step. I couldn’t really see much as it was pretty dark, but I managed to locate light switch and turned it on.

They decorated the center with the Daria Empire’s Griffin logo carved from amber, plus the golden clasp added to its vintage aesthetic. The musky smell wafted in my nose as a mood changer. I laid this hefty item on the table and returned to the ladder behind the staircase. I let out a quick bark of laughter as I shook my head. She had mastered the whole house and sometimes wander around the house on her own, sometimes with Philip. Nora got down from her bed and find herself bending down beside her bed. As if she was being controlled by something she pushed her bed to one side of the room, with her two hands she felt around the floor and her left hand caught something. Touching it carefully she noticed it was like a door handle. Nora find herself pushing it, it gave a quiet squeaked as it gave way, revealing an ancient staircase. She touched around and felt the staircase. Nora tried to stop herself from going down but couldn't, she wanted to scream but remembered she couldn't.

“I’ll lead.” She stepped through the opening, and Gabriel and I followed closely behind. A narrow stone staircase descended beneath the archive house. The walls were damp, and the air became colder with every step. I kept one hand against the wall as we moved down, careful not to lose my footing on the uneven stones. “How far does this go?” I asked, looking down the winding staircase. “I don’t know,” Amara admitted. Gabriel glanced back at me when he noticed one of the loose stones beneath my foot. “Careful Luna, the steps are uneven.”

I gues I really shouldn't judge the book by its cover. While exploring, I came across the library. This library is huge, full of books everywhere including on the second floor of this room. While looking at things, I noticed something strange. I looked for a book or something to move, just in case this is a secret room. I moved a book, and suddenly one of the bookcase moved, making me smile. I knew it. "Tsk, what's up here?" I asked myself and entered. The first thing i saw is a dark staircase. I closed the door and went down the stairs, as far as Ive been going down, I think I'm definitely under the ground.

She thought that something must be there so she trusted her instinct and went to check it out and voila. 'There is an underground house here'. Mia thought as she took the stairs. It was long and narrow and dark. She had used the banister as support so that she wouldn't trip and fall on her face. She doesn't know how long the stairs was, it would be such a shame if she fell off and die before she even started looking for the ledger "Hundred". Mia counted the last stairs as she finally reached the bottom. She felt around with her hands as the place was still dark and she could not see clearly.

As I pushed the door, it creaked open and we stepped inside revealing a dark, musty interior. The air had a thick smell of decay and neglect. Shadows danced on the walls, cast by the dim light filtering through the broken windows. Moving through the house, nothing felt out of the ordinary, until we reached the basement. The stairs creaked ominously as we went down, our footsteps echoed through the basement. At the bottom, we found a small, dimly lit room. Shelves lined the walls, filled with dusty books and strange artifacts. In the center of the room stood a table, and on it lay an ancient, leather-bound book that seemed to glow without even being touched.

Their intense gaze tells so much about what they feel for each other. I went upstairs and glided my hand on the railings of the enormous staircase. It’s wider than what I had in my house before the IIF men destroyed it. They lined rooms with numbers on top of the door. I tiptoed to my feet to avoid producing a sound. I put my hand on the doorknob and slowly sneaked in. There was no one inside room number one, only a neatly folded blanket and an antique bed. My feet tempted me to enter and find some clues to put the ritual hunting to an end.

When I finally came out the ground floor was quiet and most of the lights had been turned down to their night setting. I walked toward the staircase. The lamp in the hallway was on. Not the main light. The small lamp on the console table near the bottom of the stairs. The one that cast just enough light to navigate the hallway without having to feel for switches in the dark. It had not been on when I went into the library that afternoon. I stood at the bottom of the staircase and looked at it. Then I looked up toward the floor above where Jaden’s study was. The light was still on under the door at the top of the stairs. He was still working.

Something far darker, and I’m determined to find the heart of Mikhail’s darkness. I take my time to look around, and it takes me a moment before I see what seems to be another staircase set apart from the large spiral one that practically forms the centerpiece of the room. Chancing a glance upward and finding no one around, I make my way to the lower staircase. It’s placed so inconspicuously among the various paintings that I almost miss it altogether. I slip my shoes off and carry them as I proceed—barefoot—down the staircase until I find myself before a large, heavy door.
