My brows furrowed as I scrolled. It was full of supernatural theories, secret societies. Non-human entities. Stories of men who appeared and disappeared at will. Figures who manipulated reality from behind the scenes. I snorted softly. “This is ridiculous.” I refined the search and tried again. The same nonsense stared back at me. I felt a strange chill crawl up my spine, not fear exactly, but irritation mixed with disbelief. “No,” I said aloud. “That’s not possible. Those things don’t exist.” I dropped the phone onto the desk harder than necessary.

“Fine, we’ll let Hellfire tell us a ghost story.” “I don’t know any ghost stories,” I say. “What about you, Siren?” Venom asks her. “Nope.” “Well, then, it’s time the two of you become good at making up stories,” Intrigue says. For the next couple of hours, while Hacker and Sphinx work in the van, the rest of us make up ghost stories. I have to admit, Raptor is really good at making up scary stories and Intrigue is as well. Megan’s aren’t terrible, but Venom’s are, as they said, pretty stupid. I’m not sure mine are any better, but I made up one about the ghost that lives in the river, and it made everyone glance at the river we’re sleeping beside more than once.

Aina pov: It has Been almost a month since I had the scary encounter with a ghost at the River Elbe, this ghost claimed to be my mother. I don't have the gut to tell my aunt Ella about the encounter. I know she will ask me why I visited the river Elbe. I could still recall having a dream about the same ghost lady that night when I was sleeping. In this dream, she was clothed in normal clothes and her skin was fresh without any scars or wounds.

Well, I did not get in contact with anyone, not even with Kyra, so so far I've only been binging through the internet, seeing contents and laughing away my worries, as in my mind as I see tweets, I'd imagine how none of these humans know that Werewolves or Vampires actually exist. It makes me feel like some all-knowing person in the human world, at least, towards the realization of paranormal beings, which these lots still see as a fragment of their imagination.
