Among them were towering old men with only one eye, lanterns swaying on a single leg, malformed boys with just one limb each, women clad in white exuding a bone-chilling aura, and skeletal figures draped in human skin...

Don't get me wrong, I never was a fan of horror things. "Yup. And whoever goes near that lake, the ghost of that girl pulls it inside the lake with her and drowns them. Few dead bodies have been found at it's bottom, FYI." He said, actually a lot serious this time. I would be lying if I didn't say how a shiver ran up my spine when he said that.
