My reflection stares back at me, her eyes filled with uncertainty and a hint of excitement. I take a deep breath and begin my self-care routine, starting with a long, hot shower to wash away the stresses of the day. The warm water cascades over my skin, soothing my tense muscles and calming my racing thoughts. I let myself relax into the moment, allowing the steam to envelop me like a comforting embrace.

What can I definitely do to make sure that I'm still here? The moment I think about that a bright idea comes to my mind and I realize that all I have to do is turn on the shower. I can put on the shower and play some songs to make it seem as if I’m still here. I use the speaker that I got during the time that I and Dane went shopping. I already know what I'm going to do. I spot some essential things I will need but the most important thing I need at the end of the day is that picture of my parents holding it and remembering it gives me anger and calmness to take care of myself.

Trust me I love my family, I really do but I kinda like my alone time. my phone pinged. Mindlessly reaching for my phone I mistakenly knocked it on the ground.. "Arrgh my baby," I fake cried and gently picked it up from where it lay and examined it for any cracks, when I was sure there was none, I cuddled it and whispered some nonsense to it.
