Moonlight illuminated the forest paths. The sound of pounding footsteps was the only thing breaking into the quiet night along with the wet panting of running wolves. The pack run was underway. And all the members followed their new alpha at some distance but without losing track of him. Only Clara, his proclaimed mate, was running almost effortlessly alongside him.
