Nicholas’ POV My reputation, it seemed, had a life of its own. A thrill shot through me-part pride, part panic. Before I could respond, a roar of applause and wolf-whistles erupted from the base of the grand staircase. There they were. My girls, making an entrance. Rebecca led the way, a vision in blood-red. Her dress was a strapless, corseted thing that pushed her magnificent breasts up into breathtaking, barely-contained peaks. A devil's headband with small horns nestled in her dark curls. Rebecca murmured absentmindedly, still staring. Angela rolled her eyes as Gideon began walking toward them. “You need clothes,” Angela muttered, glancing at Rebecca’s bare legs. “I don’t mind,” Rebecca replied softly. Angela narrowed her eyes at her before glancing at Gideon approaching them. Rebecca quickly tried to fix her curls, her excitement barely contained. “By the way… I look good, right?” Angela looked her up and down. Ruined makeup. Torn dress. Barely covered. “You look broke.” Angela snorted unaware of the fact that The Alpha King could listen to them clearly.

Her skin glistened, tempting me to sink my fangs into every inch of it. Her scent had gotten thicker, irresistible. My mouth watered as I walked towards the bed. I kept my eyes on her face even as she moved.

Her neck and wrist which was adorned with jewelries of all sorts made Rebbecca wonder why an average-classed lady had to wear so much. Rebbecca turned to Fabian and asked, "Who is she?"

Now she has to move faster and more surely so that there are no more obstacles in her way. "Where are you going?" Raymond asked as his daughter came down for breakfast. Rebecca's makeup looked different from usual. She was more cheerful in a floral dress with open shoulders and a long skirt that covered her knees. She wants to change her image to that of a sincere, innocent woman like Fisya.

Pushing the thoughts to the back of her head, she walked towards the wardrobe and picked a dress.
