~NORA~ I saw the black dragon again, its eyes burning with molten lava, its body covered in scales, its claws extended, and its jaws open wide. The dragon circled me, its massive wings sending gusts of wind that stirred up dust and leaves. Its eyes bore into mine, and I could feel the heat of its breath on my face. Suddenly, the dragon lunged forward, its claws extending more widely. I screamed as the dragon's razor-sharp claws plunged into my chest, piercing my heart, then ripping it out. I could feel the searing pain spreading through my body, and I knew I wasn't going to last.

the man said as he stepped out of the shadows. He was tall, like most dragonkin with Sire blood were, I reckoned he was in his mid-thirties or so. I fell backwards on my rump and even the sting was not enough to take my eyes off him. He exhaled and the nearest tree turned to ash immediately. i scrambled backwards on impulse and the branch i had tripped on got caught in his web. He opened his eyes and twin pools of fire peered down at me. I didn't need Luna to tell me i was not looking at Zephyros anymore...no. Not entirely. What stared back at me was the Fire Dragon.

“Master, what would you like us to do? You need only whisper your command, and we will follow.” Evrah grabbed the wood harder, her gaze darting quickly from left to right, trying to get a closer look. She spotted a big shimmering black dragon that seemed to be looking right at her. The big eye blinked, its big frame fidgeting a bit. A huge black and silver mass of scales and muscles sat directly across from her, its ginormous purple eyes had her dead to rites, and they both knew it. “Please don't give me way,” she whispered, shaking from fear. She cursed that her curiosity had gotten her noticed. The dragon blinked a final time and averted its eyes somewhere else as if it had heard her whisp

Pale green eyes—familiar in their intensity despite their reptilian shape—fix on Sorin with murderous intent. Before I can react, the dragon opens its jaws and unleashes a torrent of blue-white fire directly at Sorin. The dragonfire collides with my light shield, not fighting it but merging, amplifying, transforming the energy into something new and devastating. The combined power slams into Sorin's shadow magic with explosive force.

He spoke, "Because it's all equally black." Evelyn shook her head with a sincere expression and said, "Because it's all equally beautiful." Saying so, Evelyn signaled Agarez to raise his hand, and immediately afterward placed the pure black gem into Agarez's palm. His hand was a sharp claw belonging to a dragon type, covered with hard and tiny scales, the sharp edges glowing with a light cold light, this pure black gem lay silently on his palm, it looked to complement his black scales.

The legends didn't do him justice - the Dragon God was even more beautiful in person. Staring at him, I could tell that beneath his perfect exterior, there lies a hidden strength just waiting to be unleashed. The Dragon God’s eyes glowed with a fierce crimson red, and his cropped black hair moved as if blown by the wind. The spikes along his fingers and arms appeared sharp and menacing, but he seemed like he could retract them with ease. If it weren't for the black pants he had on, he would have been fully nude, his muscular torso with the finest of hairs on full display.

Each pulse of magic was stronger now, responding to the dragon’s presence in Verath, pulsing with urgency and danger. Then, it happened. A beast surged toward her, a massive, black-scaled creature with molten eyes, and Verath moved as one with the dragon inside him. His eyes glowed amber gold, heat radiating, scales beginning to ripple beneath his skin. A roar erupted, not fully human, not fully dragon, a sound that shook the earth and sent shockwaves through the enemy ranks.
