Loki coughed, cackled and made weird bird noises, but I was too busy engrossed in counting the magical little diamonds until I reached the left side of the throne. Behind it, I could hear mumbling just on the other side. Crawling around, I poked my head around the edge of the throne. A man with bright red hair that swayed into the wind or current that hovered around us a had it dancing wildly. His eyes scrunched, reading fine print, his finger trailing down the page as he swiftly turned to another page. In his hand, he held a book, The Idiot’s Guide for being Social. I snorted, which caused him to pause his reading and look straight ahead at the wal

- I told him. He nodded and pulled several books out from one of the stacks and set them in front of me. I opened the top book and ran my fingers over the runes in the title. It was beautifully written as if each word was drawn with love and attention to detail. Now that I looked at it, it reminded me of a combination of Norse and Old English. Nerrian pulled his chair closer and pointed to the first word, speaking it in my mind than out loud in Draygonian. With his help, I repeated the word over and over again until I perfected it.

I hope that our little run-in didn’t run Sapphire off. Besides class, my gem has more or less avoided me. Karli has tried talking to me a few times since, but that should stop now. I ripped into her yesterday. I even made her cry, which I don’t feel bad about. She had it coming. If it weren’t for our class, I don’t think I would even see Sapphire. I smirk when I walk into the library. I see a head of blue hair hiding in one of the corners. I nod at a few people I know studying here as I approach her. The entire area in front of her is covered in books and papers. I pull the chair beside her, ensuring the feet scrape against the floor. Her face jerks up as our eyes meet.

"His name shocked Eryndor 'How has the tree come to know my name?' As he was still regaining his consciousness, Eryndor blurted out: 'Who's there?" Youngling's young greenish leaves trembled, releasing a faint and smothe rustle, as Elderwood's gentle voice enveloped her. 'Eryndor will save me, won't he?' she whispered, her delicate petals unfolding like tiny hands clasped in prayers. A tender shoot of hope sprouted within her, its tender tip reaching for the warmth of promise. Her roots deepened, clinging to the earth, as if unwilling to let go. "May I live long!"

Raven stepped into the library, looking at the mounds and mounds and stacks and shelves of books all around her. She could not remember one time ever seeing a library as boundless as this one. She walked alongside the stacks and started reading the types of books that were included in this library. She found there were books of all the creatures in the land. There were books about caster magic, human magic, the magic animals, the bitten, the history of the bitten and many many many other books. She took an interest in a thick, black, leather book, pulling it off of the shelf she noticed the dust being disturbed as the large book slid off of its place and her hands.
