Novel & Cerita Red Velvet Cookie X Pastry Cookie

Lava cakes resting in ramekins. Shortbread cookies dusted lightly with powdered sugar. Caramel tarts glossy and rich. Ava stared at our station. “That’s illegal.” Alaric folded his arms calmly. “We followed instructions.” “You made a whole menu!” “We are efficient.” Malik tasted one of our shortbread cookies. His eyes widened. “Okay, that’s unfair.” Zendaya sliced into her red velvet cake. Perfect crumb. Denise presented her éclairs with quiet pride. My dad placed his cake at the center.

I asked another thing, though the display shows brownies as well. "Yes." "Brownies or cookies. What do you think?" Yeah, I knew. It was a silly question. Still, I asked to prolong our interaction. Ruby took a deep breath and closed their eyes as if to suppress anger and not snap at me. "It depends on your preference. Both cake and cookies are worth trying." "You know what I like. But, okay. I will take the cake. The red velvet. I want two. One for you and one for me to enjoy while waiting for you working at the cafe there."

She would leave it to the staff to set the table at the end of the meal because she wanted privacy at that moment. In the end, Kath didn't turn out to be so clumsy in the kitchen, as she had made a perfect petit gateau, and this is not such an easy dessert to make. The sauce was also homemade and had turned out just right, and the mint ice cream from a leading brand complemented the heavenly treat. The "cherry on top" was the Amarula liqueur they had in the main room of the apartment, where they listened to music and talked, and they made love at the end of the night.

“Wow, that's awful,” “Heh,” Cecil chuckled lightly, taking a sip from her tea. “He forgot me quicker than I thought.” I didn't press her for more details. It was clear from her expression and gestures that she wasn't comfortable talking about her past relationship, and honestly, I wasn't either. Taking a cue from her, I took a sip of my tea and selected one of the vibrantly colored cookies from the tray. “These are from Meyers. They make the best rainbow cookies,” Cecil informed me, a wide smile brightening her face.
