Novel & Cerita Red Velvet Cookie X Pastry Cookie

Jars of honey and what looked like an entire roasted pig. "Marl, this is too much food." Kaelithra licked her lips slowly. "No such thing as too much food!" Marl pulled out a wrapped package and opened it to reveal the most beautiful pastries Kaelithra had ever seen. "These are from the royal baker. He only makes them for special occasions but I paid him triple to make a batch quickly just for us!" Kaelithra picked up one of the pastries and bit into it. The explosion of flavor in her mouth was so good she actually closed her eyes and made a sound that was borderline inappropriate.

Cyra wanted to know more about her husband's past but hesitated to ask her mother-in-law. The two daughters-in-law and mother-in-law began their activities in the kitchen. They made red velvet cupcakes using sugar, eggs, vanilla, yogurt milk, food coloring, flour, cocoa powder, and other items. Once all the ingredients were ready, Cyra and Mami Mili started to prepare the cupcake batter together.

I guess they ran out of their neat vodka shots earlier. Next are the cookies, and I can feel Kara tense with nerves, hoping everyone will like them. I try her red velvet and give her a wink. It’s chocolaty and gooey and who isn’t going to like it? Everyone selects a mixture of cookies and I try all of them. They are actually so good. Kara has a genuine gift for baking. I bop her with my hip and she lets out a relieved smile.

Charlotte POV: "Do you think I made enough cookies?" I stared at the piles and piles of freshly baked cookies that were covering every inch of the counter. I made a small variety of shortbread, chocolate chip macadamia cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and macadamia cookies. The chocolate chips and nuts sunk deeply into the soft, baked dough, making sure that the eater had a taste of them with each and every bite. "If Timothy stops eatin' them they'll be more than enough." Raven sneered.

My face turned into a thinking one. "Ummm.... What should I bake for dessert?" I asked myself while tapping my chin with my index finger. I snapped my fingers when a delicious idea came into my mind. "Red Velvet cookies they are!" I took out all the necessary things before placing them on the island in front of me. The kitchen feels warm against the crisp autumn air, and the smell of melted butter and sugar already fills the room, promising something sweet. I pull the bowl closer, watching as the deep crimson batter takes shape, a swirling dance of cream cheese and cocoa. There's a comfort in the familiar rhythm of measuring, stirring, and the steady hum of the oven preheating. It’s like a q

I take one of the cookies and cut it into quarters, passing the woman a piece on waxed paper. She takes it, biting into it and chewing thoughtfully. A smile spreads over her face as she swallows. “Oh, that’s delightful. Is that maple?” I nod. “Maple sugar, yes, ma’am. It’s in the candied nuts.” “Delicious. I’ll have a dozen of those, please. And then three of the red velvet cupcakes for my grandchildren. The ones with teeth, anyway.” She laughs, and I start boxing up her purchases. “I hope you all enjoy everything.”

He looked so calm, so peaceful. He twirled me around and my head landed on his chest. I could hear Vayden's heartbeat. It was fast, like mine. He took a deep breath and whispered in my ear, "I will release Sandreo if you make pastries for me by yourself. You know, I love that red velvet pastry you make every new year." My breath hitched. I loved cooking, especially pastries. Every new year, I sent a box of different flavored pastries to the Bevine mansion for my friends, including Allison, Everley, Revina, and Rio. Also, for Ruby and Vexon.

Barely intoxicated, but just enough for Nancy Moreau to order dessert and lessen the blow of a personal revelation she had been keeping to herself for months. Auguste brings out a round cake, perfectly Wrapped in white fondant with nothing else but black lettering on the top. I narrowed in on what it said. Bon Voyage written in frosting. Safe travels? "Wait.."I blinked, looking up. I eyed.Alex, his face looking like he was withholding a secret, and then over to Nicolas, who held the same mien. I glanced over to Nancy, a gleam flickering in her eyes. "Promise you'll always be you when I'm gone?" she speaks up, confusion stunting me.

My cookie, adorned with a somewhat lopsided heart, hadn't turned out as I'd hoped. "Oh, come on, it's not that bad," I muttered, feeling a little self-conscious. Amy, still chuckling, offered a playful verdict. "You know what? You can eat this cookie. I'm sorry, Raven, but I don't think we can save it at this point." I frowned at my culinary mishap but complied, taking a bite of the cookie in question. The moment it touched my taste buds, my frown disappeared. These cookies were nothing short of a culinary masterpiece, balancing crunchiness, softness, and a symphony of flavors.

"From 1962. She paid for her own ring and told him her husband had terrible taste." Emma's mouth curves. "Good for Eleanor." "She'd like you." "You keep saying that." "It keeps being true." I lean on the counter. "What are you working on." "The honey tart needs a variation. Celeste wants two options for the spring menu." She turns the notepad. "I'm thinking citrus. Blood orange. But the acid has to be careful around the honey or it fights." "Negotiating again." "Everything in pastry is negotiating." She taps the notepad. "The lavender backed off for the honey. The blood orange won't. It'll need a different approach."
