now Aza's voice looks disbelieving, how could there be a world like that, witches, vampires, werewolves, isn't that just a myth? The more Aza thought, the more confused he was with the contents of the book. Or maybe this is a fairy tale book that he accidentally read and fell asleep, while sleeping the book hit his head so that he forgot that he had the book and read it last night, ok like that. "Argh! No logic, no logic, no logic! What the hell!" Aza grumbled in frustration. "Aza! Come down! Let's eat!" At the moment the confusion in Aza's mind widened, Aubrey's voice was like a savior for Aza who was thinking so hard that he was confused by what he was thinking.

she gloated. I clenched my fists, knowing that I had to keep fighting until help arrived. As the witch raised her hand to strike me again, I closed my eyes and concentrated all my energy on calling for Athen. As I laid there, feeling weak and helpless, I watched the witch in horror as she absorbed my powers with each passing moment. Her eyes glowed with an eerie light and her hand on my head felt like a death grip. I closed my eyes, hoping that this was just a nightmare, but when I opened them, I saw a bright light emanating from her and forming a chakra around her body.

The chief, a seasoned and formidable leader, stepped forward, his eyes fixed on the captive witch. “Your reign of darkness ends here,” the chief declared, his voice laced with determination. “We have spent years tracking down witches like you, who seek to use their powers for nefarious purposes. You will face justice for your crimes.” The witch seethed with rage, her eyes flashing with anger and defiance. “You fools think you can contain me? I am far more powerful than you can comprehend! Release me now, or you shall face the consequences!”

Zayn started. "I'm not a witch doctor," she interjected. "I'm a doctor who happens to be a witch." Zayn stood there in silence, looking at her in surprise. He hadn't expected her to speak to him with such assertiveness. He was used to people being intimidated by him and following his orders without question. "I'm not here to be bossed around by you," she said, crossing her arms. "I'm here to help!”

Thomas swallows hard, his eyes glued to me but his head turned on the side, letting me know he wants no trouble. "Yes, Alpha". I instantly mindlink the same command to the rest of the pack. My head is spinning and all i want to do is scream my lungs out while killing everyone on sight. A witch. And apparently not like the witches we have in the town, she must be powerful enough for me to sense her like that. I knew something was strange about her. I thought having a human mate would be a degradation, but i would take that a thousand times over having a witch as one. I growl loudly as a severe pain in my chest appears all of a sudden. I shove Thomas on the side and dart for the exit. I know r

I demanded angrily and pushed him away from me, my eyes had turned fiery and my hair and started to glow. "No." He shouted and caught my wrist before I could chant a spell. The sparks distracted me and I could not complete the spell. "I just wanted to see her." I crashed on his chest and my tears soaked his shirt. "I know, I also wanted to." He said and hugged me tighter. "Alpha, there's been a perimeter breach." A guard barged in and announced hurriedly. "Get the men immediately," Declan ordered with a loud growl. "S-sir, t-there's a Witch." He said shakily and I stood up immediately.

Her eyes gleam more brightly than before and the ground starts parting and creating a huge deep crack. There are gasps everywhere when she lifts her palms to the wolves, all of them fall into the created hole and the ground closes like nothing just happened. Fuck. This is extremely unbelievable. "Shit" the witch curses looking at what just happened with fear and shock. I can't help but sigh in relief but it's short-lived when the bitches release balls of fire on my men

she instructs as she closes the door behind her. Her sudden appearance has caught the witches off guard. Who had all been, either just waking up or asleep. River see’s one starting to chant and reaches out and holds their arm. Then she imagines reaching out to all the witches in the room. She feels the spell tickle her senses and then all the witches present, gasp and seem to lose their strength. As the ones standing fall to their butts and the ones just sitting up collapse back on the floor. She waits as others try and cast spells at her. Feeling nothing, she smiles and let’s go of the witch she had a hold of.

"What do you mean, harness her powers? You mean…steal them?" "Exactly!" she snapped back, her composure slipping for a moment before she sighed deeply and pinched the bridge of her nose. "Caleb, listen to me. When a witch gets her powers for the first time, she releases this—this burst of pure energy. It’s like a signature, a beacon, showing how powerful they’re going to be. Do you understand what I’m saying?" I stared at her, the pieces coming together in my mind. "So you’re saying… when Aurora gets her powers—"
