CHAPTER NINE DAHLIA My gaze remained longingly at the Negroni the bar man took back as I sipped the orange drink begrudgingly. "You look like someone who just lost a dear puppy." Giveon noted. Nora was wearing a white outfit, with sunglasses and a hat, making it impossible to recognize her identity without careful observation. Unfortunately, Thea paid too much attention to her, so she recognized her at a glance. Thea walked up quickly. With a smile hiding a knife, she greeted her, "Nora, you finally came. I have been waiting for you for a long time." Nora heard Thea's voice and was startled. She looked up, her face turning pale. She had been on guard, trying to avoid meeting Thea, but unexpectedly, they still met.

My voice is barely audible as I take another deep breath. A knock on the door snaps me out of my thoughts and I quickly jump up, "Come in." Hestia opens the door with a smile on her face and a plate full of cookies, "Wanna try some oatmeal chocolate cookies?" I raise an eyebrow, "Oatmeal chocolate?" She nods, "I don't like raisins so I replaced it with chocolate chips, want one?" I take one hesitantly as I, too, do not like raisins. I smell it and the sweet scent lifts my spirits, the first bite exploding with flavor.

Paula was supposed to arrive in the afternoon. “I think I will wear the blue one.” Magnolia finally decided on a dress to wear. Clara helped her get into the indigo velvet dress, then she spent the next half hour perfecting a hairdo, until someone knocked on the door. A maid appeared and bowed to the duchess. “Your Grace, Lady Kalph’s carriage has reached the outer gate and will be arriving soon.” ‘Oh my.’ “Thank you, Lydia.” Magnolia put on the sapphire necklace that Daniel had gifted her. ~ Collins pov~ Immediately after the tour,we went to our different homes,I made sure Flora was out of sight before following her. Am tired of all the crap going on,flora and this school.All the student blood especially Flora's makes me want to feast.
