When I kept staring at her she repeated herself. “It was Adrian Moretti.” I was broken out of my memory when the officiant asked us to stand together, holding hands. He started speaking out his regular words. After all the vows he spoke he asked Sienna, “Do you take Lucian to be your lawful husband?” “Yes, I do.” Sienna replied with a release of breath as she looked up at me with a smile. But all I could see was my sister covered in blood. In that instant I made up my mind. I was doing this no matter what.
