Rendezvous With Rama Audiobook Novels & Stories

--- Violet closed the Thorne Grimoire with shaking hands. “That,” she said hoarsely, “is how AURA was created… betrayed… and bound.” The room was deathly quiet. Kael’s fists were clenched. Marek looked pale. Rhea hadn’t moved. “Rhea,” Kael said carefully. “You okay?” She lifted her head slowly. Her eyes were dark. “He’s coming,” she said. Far away— AURA ran. Through shadow. Through dreams. Through blood. And he remembered her. —

Her body stilled, her eyes glazing over as she dove into the current of power that connected minds and souls. Time slowed. “I see her…” Mirelda’s voice was a fragile thread. “She’s in a forested place… a clearing near water… it’s dim, hidden… I...” Suddenly her body jerked, a gasp leaving her lips. “Ravena’s aware. She’s cloaking it… but not perfectly.”

Matthew asked in the other line. Ramina chuckled. "Nah, I can book a grab instead. Just wait for us to be there." Matthew sighed. "If you say so. I can't wait to see you . . . especially Prescelle." He chuckled after mentioning Ramina's daughter. Ramina's smile grew wider. "Prescelle is also excited. We're already preparing to go there." "That's good. See you later." Ramina softly chuckled. "See you." After hanging up the call, her phone vibrated once again because of a call from her friend, Cristal Haze.

said Ramil. Rhea was surprised when her cell phone suddenly vibrated. She immediately took it from her bag. Her eyes widened when she saw who was calling. "Ythan's calling," she said. "Answer it. Tamahome, stop the car. Call your colleague and ask if he can locate the location of Rhea's caller," Ramon ordered. "Yes, your majesty," Tamahome immediately responded. Ramil and Ramon nodded before Rhea pressed the accept button. Rhea didn't speak at first. She waited for the person on the other line to speak.

“Melias Sidente supelè cristis.” “Yes!” Rhea exclaimed in excitement and opened her eyes. “I saw the words. I literally went back in time and saw it.” She stared at the confused faces of everyone there and she shrugged. “Come on, you know I’m exaggerating. But I know what to say to unlock him now.” “Go ahead then,” Xavier urged her on. “We don’t have all day. The sun is already coming out and we still have to gather our warriors for today’s movement.”

*** *You are… something else,* the voice admitted. Not acceptance. But not rejection. *** A shift. Small. But real. *** ### The Return Raven let the connection go. Carefully. Deliberately. *** The sanctum rushed back into place. Stone. Air. Reality. *** She exhaled slowly. *** Victoria was at her side instantly. “Raven.” “I’m alright,” she said. And this time— she meant it. *** Victoria searched her face. “What did you just do?” *** Raven’s gaze steadied.

This time, Calvin's eyes finally opened. Emily snuggled up to Calvin and continued her interrupted statement. "Rama is a good man. Don't think badly of him. In fact, Rama was the one who told Mom and Dad about my whereabouts," Emily explained. "But I wasn't alone, Calvin. There were four of us: Ara, Rama, and Rama's driver. So I wasn't alone like you were with Chelsea," Emily said, successfully making Calvin turn quickly. The mere mention of Chelsea had become a source of Calvin's constant irritation.

He then smiled and said, "Baby, thank goodness you messaged me just in time. I was about to knock when I got your message. So, I turned and left right away. Now that I've sent Hendrix on yet another business trip, we can enjoy ourselves fully today." I watched as Gordon pulled Kathleen onto the sofa. "Oh, you rascal. Why can't I resist you? I'm even wearing your favorite outfit today. If you tear it, you'll have to buy me a new one." Just as Gordon was taking off her heels, I heard a knock on the door. I knew it was Sylvia, so I opened the door immediately.

And above, a massive full moon hung low. Revira took a step back in shock. “Where… where is this?” Rakar slowly lowered Ardan. He stood tall, straightening his jacket which held his wife’s ring, then looked at Revira. “Welcome to Velmora,” Rakar said. “We’ve arrived. But the real journey has just begun.”

Chapter 47: The Ambush The air was tense, and Isabella felt as though she might not breathe again. Disturbing shadows were cast on her parents, Xander, and Abiola by the armed men who surrounded the SUV, their flashlights flickering through the brush. There were many sounds in the jungle, such as crickets chirping and leaves rustling, but Isabella could only hear her own heartbeat. "Isabella, we must move," Xander demanded, holding her hand firmly while he looked into her eyes to make sure she was ready. "They won't wait indefinitely."
