Leaned my head back, and closed my eyes. I heard footsteps in the hall. Soft. Deliberate. My heart jumped, as the library door creaked open wider, making me jolt and straighten my back. Rhys stepped in, his gray sweatpants low on his hips, black T-shirt stretched across his chest with a few buttons undone, showing his hard chest, his hair was slightly mussed like he’d been running his hands through it.
