Richelle Mead Books Vampire Academy Novels & Stories

TYSON I leave the bedroom and see Maddie sitting at the island, reading a book with a glass of orange juice in front of her. It doesn’t look like she has taken even a sip of her juice, her eyes are huge and wide, completely focused on her book. Just as I get to her, she lets out an audible, “Nooooooo!” “Are you okay, Mads?” “Oh my gosh! I can’t believe the author killed off the King! Why would he do that? Now, the vampires will overrun the castle.” Her eyes are still wide and unfocused on her surroundings, she’s completely enthralled in her supernatural fiction.

He poured a cup for his mate. As Rafe and Ashleigh grabbed some food, Rhianna quickly apprised her brother of Anakatrine's rediscovered library and the books they hoped would help them deal with the European threat. The alpha's expression turned incredulous the more information she imparted. "Dream Walking?" Caleb echoed, when his mate got to that part of her discovery. He felt a bubble of hope well up inside at the mere possibility of help for the injured vampires.

The sun beat down on her, and she squinted at the glare, trying to get her bearings. The guards unlocked her shackles and gave her another hard shove, and she went flying into the stadium, rolling onto the ground. Another roar erupted from the crowd. Caitlin got to her feet and looked around, her eyes slowly adjusting to the bright light. She was standing alone, thousands of evil-looking vampires looking down at her, shaking their fists. She scanned the bleachers and saw, up high, in a special box, stood Kyle. Beside him stood the Grand Council, old, decrepit looking vampires in black robes and hoods.

She reluctantly sat there, looking at the Goddess in front of her. "Give me your hand," Hecate offered, showing the girl her upturned palm. She placed hers in it, a little surprised at the coldness meeting her skin. "You are grieving. Your heart has been broken by the vampire," the Goddess' voice sounded ominous and powerful, suddenly coming from all around her. Diana's breath hitched in her throat. The Goddess wrapped her hand around hers, her sharp and black nails quickly sinking into Diana's skin like tiny blades, drawing blood. Diana let out a pained mewl, eyes widening with alarm.

I said innocently while trying to chew and I honestly have no idea how that worked. Cassie and Sophia burst out laughing their asses out. Cassie and Sophia are my best friend. Cassie was a white wolf, she was the eldest of the three of us, the fastest and my elder brothers mate, who happens to be the Alpha of Inara pack, which is my pack. Cassie is one of my mom's book class member's daughter, hence how we met and how she ended up being my brother's mate.

The Nursing Erie were nowhere to be found. Jucel and Chloe joined the students in dinner, sitting at the third table with the Seven Geniuses serving as their shield from the curious onlookers. Rumors had already spread throughout the academy that Jucel Greyn was the Vampire Jade and Chloe Rein was the Bella the Werewolf; two mysterious warriors that wreak havoc in the Galenus Arena months ago. “They had their eyes on you two,” Clive said. He stuffed the meat inside his mouth only to be smacked by Barbie at the back of the head.

I tell her, starting off slowly. She raised her brows at me, wiping away the remaining tears that fell onto her cheeks. “What is it?” She asked; I could hear the nervousness in her voice. “Have you been taught anything about the prophets of the Moon Goddess?” I asked. I know prophecy and witches are something that is taught in the Vampire Academy because both could be gifts and abilities that a vampire obtains. But I also don’t know if Ruby would learn about something like that during her first year. She shook her head.

Willow sat with the white book in her lap, her fingers gently grazing the soft leather as she hesitated to open it. She felt the familiar warm hand on her upper back as she glanced over to her lover. He nodded slowly, encouraging her to take the next step. She took a deep breath, slipping her fingers beneath the cover and opened it. For a second nothing happened, but then a bright white light blinded her vision as she felt a force pull her very essence from her body. On instinct she wanted to fight it, but she knew she needed to surrender in order to receive the answers she needed. So, she let go. She relaxed her body, cleared her mind and the intensity of the white light lessened until her

The very first time I laid my eyes on him, I never thought I would end up loving someone like him. But everything changed when I met Alec. The chief of vampire council and my mate. My hands were on fists when I woke. I felt like there was something in me that was making me tremble. The images in my head are too clear, I couldn't think of any logical reason for what is happening to me. What did I see? Why did I dream about those events? And it's worth mentioning that it felt so real, that I was really there when all those things happened.

Finally, she found the one she was looking for. Layla managed to grab the book and add it to her stack in her arms when her eyes caught sight of something. A book stood out among the rest. It was bound with dark brown leather and had brandished designs on the spine. The title read - Malleus Vampiro: A Treatise on Vampires. Placing her other books on the floor, Layla pulled the leather-bound book from its home amongst the others and opened it. As her eyes skimmed the pages, she caught a couple of words; SHADOW STALKERS, BLOODSUCKER, PHANTOMS.
